First things first, if you’re feeling pain or discomfort you should definitely seek out help from a PT to figure out what might be going on. This series of stretches is geared towards individuals with a general or mild feeling of tightness in their groin/adductors. In this video, @achievefitnessboston owner @jasonlpak demonstrates four mobilizations we like to use with our members:
1️⃣Open 1/2 Kneeling Adductor Dips. Aim for 8 each side.
2️⃣Wide Stance Hip Rocking on Forearms. Perform 10 reps.
3️⃣Split Stance Adductor Mobilization to Kneeling. Do 6 each side.
4️⃣Lateral Lunge with Plate Push. Shoot for about 5 each side.
We hope this video helped you out! If it did, please hit that little ❤️icon above - we’d really appreciate it! Until next time, ✌️💙💪!

❗️Booty Sleiii❗️Little super set I did today...
1️⃣ Sumo DL: slight pause to reset your form. Tip: you know how dogs drag their butt across the floor to scratch it? Think that... and squeeze up 👍🏻😂. •
2️⃣ Beginner single leg stufff: great alternative before you start using the bar. •
Hello everyone :> I hope everyone is having a good day/night. I was supposed to posted this last week like I said I would but I completely forgot and my friend was not there to help me perfect the english. To make this took a long time and research, and I will be starting to do this NEXT WEEK. Feel free to try it with me ! ⭐️I will post my progress every day and do before and after pics every few weeks. The diet works and the workouts works ! You probably have seen some of the workouts in my other post before...that is because they really work. I said in one of my posts before that I do have abs, and I have the two lines. My “kpop ant waist” workout videos is the one that helped me get it, and some of the videos will be here. And I have been doing the diet for three weeks, first my abs did not show very much but today I saw my stomach, I was shocked ! For the first time I felt pretty about my waist. So everything here is things I have tried before, I know for FACT that they work so just stay having motivation and believe in yourself ! The key is...CONSISTENCY. You will not be alone, I will do this starting next week, we will become pretty together and like I said I will post my progress with this 😉 ♡ my goal is to become like Valeria Lukyanova. She is like a goddess walking the earth. 🌸🕊
Milk is pasteurised to control bacterial growth. Pasteurisation, however, destroys many vitamins found in raw milk.😡☹️. A 2011 study published in the Journal of Food Protection reported that pasteurisation decreases Vitamin E , Vitamin B including B1, B2, B12 and folate. The heat also destroys enzymes that your body needs for proper digestion. One of these is Phosphatase. Without this one, the calcium lingers in your blood- stream and can accumulate in your arteries. As a result, your arteries get stuff and it's more difficult for them to pump blood. Stiff arteries give rise to hypertension(high blood pressure) , chest pain, heart failure.💔💔. There are many other side effects of drinking today's modern processed milk. Studies show that drinking milk may be the another reason for so many cancers like prostate cancer, breast cancer and so on. Those days are gone when we get to drink raw fresh milk straight from cows or when milk used to be good source of calcium that supports our strong bones and joints.
But you don't have to give up milk and dairy products for the rest of your life. Simply dial down your dairy consumption. Consider raw milk as it contains all the natural minerals that are easily absorbed by the body.
Introduce goat cheese Into your diet. It contains smaller fat molecules than cow's milk and easier to digest as well.
You can go for other popular alternatives too like almond, coconut or hempseed milk. They're low in calories and fat. They're Hormone free and lactose free too. Choose organic dairy milk if you can as it doesn't contain harmful preservatives or chemicals. There are many green vegetables as well that also provide plenty of calcium like Broccoli, spinach , kale, avacado and so many more.🍼🍼🌳🌲☘🍀🌷🌹🌏 Make better choices to live a strong, healthy and happy life. 💪😎😊🏆
Got a poke bowl for my post workout meal. Ended up switching out rice and used salad as the base 💁🏽💪🏽

According to IG fitspo standards, i “fall off” pretty much monthly. Why? Because while im consistent with my self-care game, my body is forever changing and i am forever learning how to work WITH it. Most recently- that has meant more rest, fewer lifts and a lot of releasing/stretching. My programming is based on how I want to feel rather than how I want to look. And while I may not be hitting my fitness goals right now- I will be better down the road. Old pictures like the one on the left remind me of that. Ive been chasing better health since I was diagnosed with Endo in 2014 and despite my regular setbacks- im getting there. Slowly 😬. Im gonna share more of my process for you all because I think its important to show that it IS a process. Patience, note taking, and gratitude are my keys success thus far. Now I got my team to help accelerate that 🙏🏼 @fitness360nyc@thebestdamntrainer@jjfitness360@ybm360#EndoWarrior#GlowTheFckUp
