He was asleep when I got home but woke up as I started my workout and was not having it. So I had to pause to comfort him for about 1/2 half then pressed play again. “When In Doubt, Sweat It Out.” 💦 Happy Hump Day 🐪 from me & my poppin’ tricep 💪🏼😳 I broke for a sweat sesh in the middle of my work day, and it was the best decision I’d made 🙌🏽 since I came back in a MUCH BETTER mood & headspace 🙂 Now I’m ready to tackle visiting the surgeon tomorrow for a consultation & surgery date. Selfie time.. I should've worn a push up bra with this chemise tho.. I haven't taken a #selfie in a minute so I thought I'd take a few. #curves#workingonmyfitness#weightlossjourney#thick ~ gained 10 lbs over the holidays so, I'm working on taking those pounds back off along with 40 extra.. My goal is to lose 50lbs by this time next year. Or sooner all defends on my determination & motivation along with self control. #plussize#bbw

Oh my god this picture of that little bitty bump on my arm is so humbling 😂😂😂 I try not to look at pre-Lochlan photos and wallow in my sorrow at how far off the wagon I fell and instead I *try* to focus on what I’m doing to get back to a comfortable place.
Anywho, this is the look of a momma who completed 5 rounds of 20 burpees and a 200m run in under 26 minutes at MK1 FIT / Sneads Ferry CrossFit and that I’m pretty proud of!

DAY 3 PEOPLE!! Core cardio was insane! Thank goodness it was a "shorter" workout today because I'm not sure if we would've lasted any longer, lol. 😂😂 While we are working out our entire body and we all know that abs are great ladies, knowing that everyday I'm getting stronger and stronger-- THAT makes these insane workouts worth every drop of sweat, every ache and pain, and every crazy meal prep worth it.
Remember, summer bodies are made in the winter 😉 👙 ☀️
