Ugggghhhh. Tough day already. PMS is in full swing and I want to eat everything! Exhausted my willpower at a colleague’s going away drinks last night - I sipped a glass of wine while everyone drank beer and ate wings and waffle fries. Anyone else suffer through major PMS? How do you cope with the hunger and cravings?

Tried something different! I was craving shrimp after they got kicked out of the jambalaya the other night 😂. Cauliflower fried “rice”, chili ginger shrimp, and stir fried veggies. 4 SP total (for the oil) #zeroheroes 💥
Tummy Tuck: This 25 year old came in to see me for Body Contouring to tighten & tone her midsection after having had 2 kids. During her initial consultation we discussed her aesthetic goals & her surgical options in detail. Together, we decided on a Full Tummy Tuck with tightening of her rectus abdominus muscles (six pack muscles), and repositioning of the belly button to remove her hanging excess skin, excess fat, and unwanted stretchmarks.
These photos were taken 2 months apart, and because they were taken so close together — this gives us the opportunity to show what the healing process of the bellybutton looks like.
It generally takes the newly created belly button 6 months for the “purple/darker colour” scar to become regular skin tone.
Cookies that taste good, are kid-approved, and point friendly! 👍 Swipe to see the gooey chocolate chips - Yum! 1sp for one, 3sp for two, 4sp for three (I may have went with 3 😉). Recipe:
1 cup chick peas
1/2 cup uncooked oats (4sp)
1 tbsp brown sugar splenda (3sp)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 cup chocolate chips (7sp for the brand I used) ☆In a food processor, blend the first 6 ingredients until smooth.
☆Remove blade and mix in chocolate chips by hand
☆Scoop on lined tray - should make 12 cookies
☆Bake at 350°
I'm experimenting with a peanut butter version of these right now 😀
