🍌Veganes Bananenbrot 🍞(🇬🇧below)
Mögt ihr auch so gerne ein warmes Stück Bananenbrot ? Bei mir ist es natürlich die Schokoladige Variante geworden 🍫Und weil mir dass noch nicht genug war habe ich noch etwas Protein Schoko Creme von @gymqueen.de draufgeschmiert 😊😜wer von euch würde jetzt gerne mit mir tauschen ?
📝Rezept | 1 Kastenbrot
🔹2 reife Bananen
🔹1 EL Chiasamen + 3 EL Wasser
🔹30g geschmolzenes Kokosöl
🔹50g gemahlene Mandeln
🔹1 TL Backpulver
🔹1 Prise Salz
1️⃣Ofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen
2️⃣Chia in Wasser quellen lassen. Banane in einer Schüssel zerdrücken und Kokosöl und die Soyamilch dazugeben.
3️⃣In einer anderen Schale alle trockenen Zutaten mischen. Danach alles zusammen geben und in eine Kastenform geben. Wer mag kann noch eine 1/2 Banane als Deko auf den Teig geben.
Vegan Bananabread 🍌🍞
Do you also love a warm slice of bananabread ? For me it is the perfect snack 🙈And of course I had to made it with a lot of chocolate 🍫 who wants to share a slice ?
📝Recipe | 1 loaf
🔹2 ripe bananas
🔹1 tablespoon of chia seeds + 3 of water
🔹30g of melted coconut oil
🔹50g of rolled almonds
🔹100g of spelt flour
🔹120mL of soy milk
🔹40g of xucker
🔹1 teaspoon of baking powder
🔹40g baking cacao 🔹salt
1️⃣Pre heat oven at 180 degrees
2️⃣Soak chia seeds in water. Mash up the banana in a bowl and add coconut oil and soy milk
3️⃣In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Mix everything together with the chia seeds. Put everything in a baking tray. You can add a 1/2 banana on top if you like
4️⃣Bake for 40-50min

✔️ Sautéed purple brussels, coconut toasted black beans, rosemary cooked brown rice, fresh sliced tomatoes, beetroot sauerkraut, fresh parsley, avocado chunks, on a bed of curly green kale massaged in tahini lemon with pink salt and black cracked pepper. Seriously bomb!

I decided to increase the resistance the second round because I wanted to push myself and I definitely felt the burn even more 🔥 I may or may not be able to sit tomorrow. I’ll get back to you on that one ✌🏽
