Photo on the left was me about 2 1/2 years ago. I actually thought i was shredded there so i went to buy some donuts hahaha. Photo on the right was taken about a week ago. I just wanted to tell all my loyal followers that if u want something bad enough you’ve gotta put in the work. Be consistent, Be Patient, and always be hungry. Achieving this physique naturally is a blessing to me. We’ve got 8 more weeks to go! No excuses! Just Work!
Never in a million years did I think I would post a picture like this on social media. But I wanted to show progress and explain why I’m sticking with paleo. I feel so much better than I did- the difference between these two pictures is 7 weeks. Don’t give up on yourself! It took my body about 4-5 weeks to fully adjust. Give yourself time and listen to what feels right. #paleo#paleodiet#transformation#healthylifestyle#healthyinspo

We went to Varkala to decompress and integrate after being at Amma’s Ashram for 2 weeks. I remember our 2 hours lunch breaks, sitting, talking, sharing our discoveries, fears and ideas. In the middle of one of Amma’s darshan as she lead us through a meditation practice I remember feeling a place inside myself that was like a cave, mysterious, yet peaceful and open.
Yes! That’s it, I felt open, gentle and ease. 💫
Back to Varkala, we did a raw food cleanse for 7 days, swam, meditated, wrote, practice yoga asana, and witnessed. .
I had fallen in love with myself and my body for the first time.
I immersed myself in a forgiving practice towards my self, parents and others, and worked with this mantra:
The body is beautiful
The body has to be lived
The body has to be loved .
Not for a single moment think that are not worthy.
Don't let my smile fool you this dreary, cold Monday. I'm trying my best. Learning to put one foot in front of the other. But my heart is breaking... today was supposed to be an active rest but as soon as I woke and felt my stomach flip flopping I knew I needed to clear it. I sat at the kitchen table going over custody options and distributing belongings and then hopped on my treadmill. Some days, it's OK to push, some days it's OK to rest. Listen to what your body and heart needs. Then... feed it well, not just with food but love and care too. The healthy kind. ❤🌱🏃♀️ #runner#selflove
Weekly Weigh In / Highlights: #HappyMonday Ya’ll - last week I dropped 3 lbs and this week I dropped 1 lb. Dropping 1-2 lbs a week is normal and I’m very happy with my progress so far. My next challenge is finding the time to sleep... let’s see what this week has in store for me 🙂🙃 #BuiltInsideOut
