We all run for different reasons, a clearer mind, a faster time, freedom, friendship or simply for fun! Whatever your reason there are always ways to improve and bring out the very best version of yourself, seek knowledge and progress.. that’s what I try to do everyday and share as much as I can on here! Was lucky to make this cool video with @prodirectrunning, featuring up coming athletes @charlottewingfield@tomevansultra@official_kaishow and of of course I pop up now and then! 😜 They have a great competition to win £300, link is in my bio. Check it out, oh it’s better with the sound on too! 🔊 What can you achieve in 2018??
If you’re looking for permission to just do just a little bit less, here it is.
My dear friend (who I’m also lucky enough to work with!) @katenorthrup knows what’s up.
I needed this reminder today and I’m pretty sure after yesterday’s tear fest new moon, you might need it too.
Let’s #doless together. Check out my bio link to join us.
Lessons from my twenties, 3 of 3 - Life begins at the end of your comfort zone. Imagine your comfort zone as a cardboard box. Most people will find one reason or another to cram themselves into the tiniest, most uncomfortable box in the world because it makes them feel safe. It’s better to be the type of person, whether it’s personally, professionally or recreationally, to make it a point to live outside of your box. For the final act of my twenties, at 5:08 tomorrow morning, 30 years after making my debut, I’ll hit the trail to run cactus to clouds. 32 miles, 10k feet up and 10k feet down. Dirty thirties, here I come 🤙🏽
To sleep or not to sleep? Sleep won this morning and turned my planned 8 miles today into a 6.5 sweat fest on the treadmill. Did hill training intervals followed by upper body, stick/foam rolling and goofing around with some yoga. I’ve learned trying new poses may not be best to do around littleman because he will die laughing when you fall.
