The healing power of nature :) The end of the week was divided to faster and slower training day. I am thankful to my friend who helped me hold the tempo 4:21min/km for 8km (tempo run at latest race pace). Because of weather i am trying to do some indoor cycling: 10min warmup, 5min (15sec full gas, 45sec easy), 5x4min in Z3 with graduated increasing power for each interval (60sec recovery betweem each interval), 5min cooldown. After indoor cycling session i ran 15min on treadmill. Today was longer run, about 17km in Z1, so it was slow run with avgpace only 5:45min/km. Its getting colder so i need to survive this conditions, winter is coming :) Winter base phase is in progress and the 5th week of preparation is done: 7hours16min of running, 4hours of swimming, 2hours55min of indoor cycling, fitness&stretching 1hour20min.
