*Update on our tricep push-ups* Okay, 1️⃣ they're hella hard, so we need more time to work our way up. 2️⃣ We're not together 24/7 which makes it hard to practice and motivate each other to keep working on them. 3️⃣ Look at us go!! Having a baby has taught me so many different things in so many different ways. Today’s lesson was that if your determined you can accomplish anything
I went and took an advanced ballet class (see sweaty selfie above) and we were practicing fouetté turns (if your a dancer you know these require abdominal strength, if your a new mother.. abs? What are those? 🙈) and I used to be pretty good at these turns.. anyways I was falling all over the place with no balance, and was telling myself ‘you can’t do these you just had a baby you have absolutely no core’ and then I caught myself and was changed my thoughts to ‘no you can do this, just be a badass who had a baby a month ago and is already dancing’ and you know what happened! I kept trying and I GOT the turns! Sure they were messy, but I did them! -
So if a lady who just gave birth can dance ballet with no core muscles then you can do whatever it is your telling yourself you can’t do. Change your thoughts and your life will follow! 😊
Offseason update... sitting at 253lbs, working hard on upperbody since due to injury last year i could only work out my upperbody for the last few months of 2017...making a big difference being able to train hard....also having fun this offseason aka january 😂😂💪💪🍕🍔🍟

What a way to start a Sunday morning 🔥 @adrenalineboxing team challenge! 4 stations, 15 minute max out sets- versa climber, assault bike, tower, ski erg and finished with a 850m hot lap 💦💦💦 couldn't of chosen a better team then these legends to smash out this session and get that win 🥇
It is crazy what you can do in 6 days when you change your mindset, eat healthy, and workout! Can you imagine what day 80 will look like?! I am so excited to keep going!

The look on my face when Autumn says Cardio Flow is every Saturday for the next 80 days 😥😮 That was the hardest one so far & it was only 30 minutes... hahaha not for Brittany it turned into almost an hour.
