Just because we are bulking it doesn’t mean we eat fry ups for breakfast. This is my favourite morning meal (even though I had it for Dinner last night). Oats, whey protein, a little fruit and some peanut butter. The drinks are green tea and a vitamin tablet. I’m still holding a little more water and weight from Christmas but with the higher carbs and calories I’m eating this will always be the case, as long as the muscle gains out weigh the fat gains and we have some solid strength increase in the way then we know we are on the right track. Still holding out from doing a cut until closer to summer or we could lean bulk the whole year?? Who knows! All I do know is I’m enjoying the process and loving my training and at the end of the day that’s the most important thing! Health and enjoyment should be the main reasons to grind 💪🏼
