How to get a sixpack:
Eat primarily healthy foods in moderation and exercise regularly(3-6 times week).
Then, if you’re still not seeing results try calculating your maintenance calories and eat 400-500 below that number.
Remember one thing tho, if you’re just starting out how have an advantage because your body can adjust really quickly to new stimulus.
That means you can actually gains muscle mass and lose body fat in the first 4-6 months of working out, if you never did before.
So don’t over stress about your caloric intake, especially if you’re a beginner.
Eat mostly healthy and in moderation, that should be enough for your body to recomp.
Getting a good body is a simple process, but a long one and not easy at all!

I’ve been counting macros for a month now, granted the first week was a bit rough as I was still figuring out what I could/couldn’t eat. I am feeling a bit frustrated today because I hopped on the scale and haven’t lost any weight. The most important thing to me fitness wise at the moment is cutting, that might be contradictory to lifting heavy... I’m still figuring out what works best for me. I’m not ready just yet to lower my calorie intake, but hopefully in the next week I see some results. Staying patient and appreciating my body at all stages of this journey 🙆🏼♀️🍑

First of all, I’ll just address my awfully moody face and messy hair...I’m a little tired 🙄😂
I really struggled when I first started to lose weight with being consistent with not only my diet but also constant challenging workouts 🤷♀️ There were so many opportunities when I was tempered just to sack the gym off or stuff my face for a couple of days but it’s all about routine 💆🏼♀️
I try to stick to a reasonable routine that works for me allowing me to get important uni things done as well as gym and eating but also enjoying myself and having a social life 😏🏃🏼♀️ I would say it’s all about being consistent with what you eat and the amount of effort you put it...not letting a cheat day slip into 5...😳
From being consistent and training about six times a week, focusing on my diet and not drinking all the time, I am finally seeing some really strong results in my muscle growth 💪🏼🤪
I am however on work experience now for two weeks and my usual routine has been completely thrown off so I’m just trying to maintain healthy eating and training when I can 😅💦
