How about this is a great MOVEMENT when done properly and great for you to do no matter what you label your workouts!🎉
First, I have a weight that's comfortable to me.
Next, my spine is in a neutral position: my ass isn't sticking out, I'm not looking up in the mirror, or to the side (staring at myself).
Feet about shoulder width.
This will help strengthen latissimus dorsi, rhomboids and create a healthy, controlled scapular movement (just to name a few things)!
5 sets of 5 reps is classic hypertrophy. Want more of a challenge? Start light and increase weight with each set, maintaining good form!
What Once Was 🌌
My buddy @ch808_shoots and I decided to head down to Stump Pass in search of the Milky Way. They unfortunately close the parking lot right at sunset so the journey requires a 2 mile walk each way. We had to hustle to get to the end of Stump Pass before the core of the Milky Way set below the horizon. Luckily we made it just in time and got a pretty spectacular shot.
