Bon week end 🍀
Rebuilding that aerobic house🏗🏭
Easy recovery run today after yesterdays Tempo run, which I was quite happy about😌🏃🏻♂️
Legs absolutely still feel tired and they‘ll need another easy day before getting back to more serious stuff.
Tamat larian Twincity Marathon 2018.
Alhamdulillah berjaya menamatkan larian dengan jayanya. Timing official belum tau lagi. Kita rilek rilek dulu. .
Larian kali ni lebih better dari event PNM. PNM lari 10k je. Dia punya bonk, teruk gila. Balik event tido sampai esk pagi. Bangun esk pagi pun bonk. .
Apa yg menyebabkan lebih better kali ni disebabkan proper training, carbo intake before running dan water intake secukupnya. Refuel at 5k 10k. .
Terima kasih kepada sahabat sahabat IG yg bnyk bg inspiration utk aku terus lari dan jaga fitness. In shaa allah will go harder for my first HM bulan 4 di SCKLM18. FTW! .
Happy Saturday everyone!! 🤗🤗 The weather today is in the 70s! It felt soooo amazing outside I went for a 3 mile run! 🏃🏽♀️ There’s something so exhilarating about running in my opinion. It allows me to clear my head and once I finish I feel so relaxed! Can anyone relate? Sticking to my workout routine is going great! If y’all struggle with working out start somewhere. Take little steps. Take a walk around the block, do some sit ups, do some squats, etc. It’s the effort that counts 🤗🤗
Today I did something I’ve never done before. I ran a full marathon. I’ve done 8 half marathons but I’ve never done a full 26.2 miles....until today. Also I ran it alone and I didn’t post about it or tell anybody I was doing it. Only my family knew. I wanted to see if I could do it. Deep down I thought I could do it and I wanted to do it. I didn’t want to keep putting it off until I was “better prepared” or “more ready”. I wanted to see if I would do it even though the weather was less than ideal and nobody knew about it so I could’ve easily bailed and not followed through but this is something I wanted to do for me. No other reason. I was more concerned with getting it done, no matter how long it took. It was definitely the most physically demanding activity I’ve ever done. Do difficult things. Don’t put things off, don’t keep telling yourself you’re not ready. I hear people say all the time, “I really want to do this and that but I’m not ready yet.” Just go do it. If you don’t do it perfectly, who cares! Just do it. Do it alone or do with friends but just do it. You are in competition with nobody. If YOU want to do something, go do it. It’s empowering to do difficult things. Make the decision. Empower yourself. Go do what you want to do. Don’t let fear stop you.
