Tomorrow's race is so much more than 26.2 miles. You go through every emotion, empty your tank completely, and find new limits. My father is the biggest supporter of chasing any dream. His dream: a family in America, because then anything would be possible. Officially decided on using the @brooksrunning Levitate as the shoe for marathon #2! Been babying it ever since I got it back in December to help keep it fresh for the marathon...but now I’m thinking of splurging and getting the black version of it too 🤷♂️ Run your life smarter today by carefully picking out what shoe you use for a marathon and ensure you rotate it out during training to avoid it being worn out on race day!
Nice 10km test run yesterday, happy with my time of 35:27. A very solid performance considering 100 meters elevation gain and a very slippery ground. Hard work has paid off lately, I think I could easily run a 33'-34' in a 10k flat course. Half marathon workout is going very well, I am feeling each day stronger. Next race is Lisbon half marathon in just 3 weeks. Top 100 would be great, top 50 a dream that maybe......😝 #StayTuned

Not the most neatly produced instagram picture ever but real life isn’t that way and let’s be honest...I just wanted to get the picture over with so I could indulge in Taco Bell (my #1 weakness 🤷♂️). 15 mile long run in the books! If there’s one thing I could tell my younger running self, it would be to spend the time on properly stretching and rolling out. It could have saved me so much future pain. You know you’re a runner when you can go from business casual to runner in a matter of minutes.
