6 weeks down and 2 kg lost. Doesn’t seem like much, but with a sick baby with a middle ear infection and teething (molars) I’m actually quite proud that will the sleepless nights and the high amount of stress that I haven’t gained any weight. It’s a hard road being a mother to a baby that doesn’t sleep well and trying to get back into shape. But I’ve mostly kept to my healthy eating, and have increased my steps and walking more regularly then what I had done in the past! #healthymummy#healthymummychallenge#hardworkbeingamummy#reachinggoals
Never stop trying to reach your goals. As long as you don't give up you will reach them. I now know this. At one point I was ready to give up but with the help and support from others I didn't and now I am almost at my goal, to be mental health free. Sharing life and goals with others can be so rewarding yet also sometimes painful. You can’t have the good without the bad. The good reminds us of how sweet life can be and the bad reminds us to work harder.

Saturday morning workout. Shoulders and biceps! Get out there and slay some workouts loves!!
Day 32/80 in the books! Blinked the sweat out of my eyes through the cardio.
Transitioned from phase 1 to phase 2 so all my workouts are much tougher.
Tempting to want to get comfortable with what's easy, not always fun being pushed out of our comfort zones. .
But that is where progress happens mentally and physically! .
I know it's true personally as I measured today and found my waist .5 smaller, and glutes .2 bigger!
Growing up in NYC, and part of my culture, one of my childhood memories was Sunday breakfast, it always consisted of bagels,bialys or pletzels, lox and cream cheese, sturgeon ,sablefish,whitefish and sometimes lox,eggs and onions.
Thanks to freestyle my childhood breakfast is only 4 points now, and my plate is much smaller then back then. Eggs 0sp, lox (smoked salmon) 0sp, #2ingredientdough everything bagel 2sp and 1 tbs of 1/3 less fat cream cheese 1sp. Alot less fattening, but still as good

I need this printed really big to be able to read it during my workouts. Some days I feel like I am not going to be able to keep going, that this will be the one I can’t finish - the one to break me. But each time I find the will to keep going, to keep pushing, to not quit. 👊🏻😀
One of the reasons I am able to find this will is because of my Faithfully Fit team. They encourage me each day, they expect to hear from me that I’ve done my workout. They help keep me going. •
