Monday mince pie motivation 🤗
Because it’s T-5 days till @justdan_luke & I get to work on @wbff_official prep for 2018 (fitness or Bikini we’re yet to see) but, either way - IM COMING OUT OF RETIREMENT BISHES. So best believe I’m eating whatever I want for another 5 days 😂 because once we start I’m gunna be all in 🤷🏻♀️.
Also, I just want to caveat that when I say eat whatever I want I don’t mean going on a sugar binge, or a dirty pig out. I’ve moved on from the days I yo-yo with food and now I eat clean easily 90% of the time. It took some time but I learnt to uncondition myself into thinking every meal needed to be some culinary experience to understanding food is for fuel, for health. It has its purpose. Anyway, I digress.

Virtual Reality 🙅🏻
I sometimes feel that the social media world we live in can feel somewhat like a virtual reality. What is real? Who bloody knows these days to be quite honest. Where do the boundaries lie? 🤷🏻♀️
If you are organising your day around what will look good on social media, what location you should eat at to look cool or what outfit will get the most likes. Please stop. Enjoy your life, you don't need to try and please a bunch of people you do not even know. It is a matter of personal preference but some parts of life are private. I share a fair bit of my life on here but I have a private life too and I plan to keep it that way!! 😇

If you haven't tried @knowfoods yet, you should get on that ASAP. This was one of their Chocolate Chip donuts🍩 & it was absolutely delicious! It was more dense and cake-like than your typical donut, but I'm not complaining😋 I reccomend warming it up too because the chocolate chips get all melty and I mean come on, who doesn't like melty chocolate chips?🤤🍫
There’s a difference between “they don’t think I’m good enough” and “they see potential that I can’t see.” I’m still reprogramming my brain to understand this. I haven’t played a sport before, meaning I’ve also never had a coach or someone to push me the way I’m being pushed now. I am good enough. I’m stronger than I think. I have more left in me. DO MORE.
