A friendly version of a side plank for clients not yet ready for full star. Forearm on box is accessible but still plenty of work. You can just hold and breathe, bend knees in and out, build a star, etc etc. I’m sorry about blowing up your stories if you’re following mine! Glory days are the best!

Doubled up today to get all the @jsmnncl_ time I can get. So sad that you are leaving us, but excited for your new adventures to come. You have been a huge part of P20 and my fitness. I will miss coming in to see that pretty face and then immediately getting my butt kicked by you, and all those crazy sets. This is what it's all about - this community that has been created. Adventures, babies, weddings, breakups, lots and LOTS of workouts... we've been through a lot together! So lucky to have a place to go to just be yourself, free of judgments, a place to help get you through hard times and bad days, a place where the unlikeliest of friendships have been made. Tuesdays are my crazy long days. I got up at 6 for Piit28, worked from 7:30-4:30, had class at Envie at 5:45, and class at Kids America at 7. I'm beat.
I was off yesterday and reorganized one of the rooms in our house. I was moving boxes and totes around, upstairs and downstairs. I also did so much laundry. .
Last night before bed, my back was not happy. It's like my leg was stuck, and I could barely walk. I didn't notice it much this morning, but by time my second class came around, the pain was back in almost full force. I've been laying in bed since I got back home. 😅 .
I work tomorrow and only teach one class in the evening. My goal is to still get up for piit though. Hopefully I can sleep it off. .
The 28 day reset is going great though! I'm halfway there! I know I can make it through this time- that's not saying that I'm not excited to be done with it and eat some bread though. 😂
