Each week add something new into your salad, something you wouldn’t normally add. You might surprise yourself. It will stop your salads from getting boring.
Here is a list of what I threw in this weeks salad, might give you some ideas!

Bench prog @72kg BW. Warm up: 8x60kg Work set: 8x80, 8x90kg, 8x100kg strength set: 4x110kg, 1x120kg. Suicide grip with wrist support. I use this grip despite much controversy as i am really accustomed and confident of using since 4 years ago. Any powerlifters have protips? :)
