First attempt at a new Gf & Df Bread. The crumb isn’t too bad and is similar in texture to that of the Swiss bread Zopf. Next time I’ll be adding more starter to try and get it a little bit lighter. But it got my dads tick of approval (he isn’t Gf or Df)
