I really didn’t want to work out but managed 6 miles after work and then 20 minutes of yoga 🧘🏽♀️ later that evening. Flexibility has never really been an issue for me but last year I was hampered by a few injuries and I really neglected strength training. I’m trying to focus on how to balance my love for running with all my new activities that I want to be good at 🤨. How do you balance?
After 6 weeks off due to a muscle tear, this was a good first day back. I’m still a little off my goal time of 5 miles/hour. But I got 5 miles in. Tomorrow I’ll try for 7. #NRC#Run#justDoIt#nikeRunClub
