The Belem Tower ❤ Lisbon,Portugal
Use #map_of_europe#Portugal .
The Belem Tower is one of the most important landmarks of Lisbon. Its history is substantially related to the age of the great geographical discoveries that Portugal lived in the 16th century. It was built in order to reinforce the defense system on the shores of the Tagus River. The architect decided to insert typical Moorish elements in the overall structural and it became an interesting place to admire from the outside. It's also very interesting to explore the tower on the inside. The structure is divided into several levels and you can have amazing sights to the sea from the higher ones!📰 by @mariandthecity 📃
Want to explore the high arctic with me, @joe_shutter and 9 other adventure hungry photographers? Silent Arctic workshop is your chance to do just that. We’ve had an overwhelming response to our upcoming expedition in Greenland but to create a strong team going aboard Ópal the schooner, we keep the application open for remaining 2 fascinating individuals to complete the squad. Jump over to the workshop page to see how to secure one of the last spots!
Beware though, this experience will change your life, so apply wisely 😜 #greenland#greenlandpioneer#silentarctic#iceland

I can picture myself living on these white sandy beaches; spending my days jumping in the ocean, collecting sea shells and drinking from fresh coconuts, with sun-kissed skin and wild, untamed salty hair... Maybe one day 🌴🐚💦
