✔️Invest in yourself.
Successful people invest time, energy, and money in improving themselves. Help yourself out so you are in a position to help someone else out.
✔️Find the right job.
You need a job, but you need the right job to start. All companies live from “revenue.’’
Get a job where you can make commissions rather than just a salary and you will finally be in control of how much you earn. 💰
✔️Get great at what you do.
Commit to being great, not just average. Any industry can be a painful profession for average and bottom performers, but massively rewarding for those that are great. Those that live, breathe and eat their profession, those that are obsessed, become great.
✔️Get multiple streams of income.
You won't get rich without multiple flows of income. That starts with the income you currently have. Increase that income and start adding multiple flows.

Good morning you lovely lot! It’s been a while since I’ve been able to make breakfast at home so I am taking full advantage this morning 🙌🏻 I’ve got a three egg omelette which I’ve cooked with some buttery fried portobello mushrooms and some spinach and then added some chilli for a little spice!

Każdy ma słabsze dni. Nie myślcie, że zawsze jestem pełna energii i pierwsza w kolejce na trening. Zdarza mi się, że nie czuję wystarczająco dużo siły albo zwyczajnie mi się nie chce. W takie dni odpuszczam i daje sobie czas na regenerację😊 nie ma sensu na siłę zamęczać organizmu, kiedy ten prosi o odpoczynek, jednak jeśli codziennie czujesz zmęczenie i nie masz ochoty na wyjście z domu, to jednak musi być jakiś wewnętrzny problem. Zła dieta (zbyt niskie kalorie lub za dużo cukrów), przepracowanie, a może nawet choroba, o której nie wiesz. W takiej sytuacji lepiej zrobić badania, zadbać o zdrowie i dobre samopoczucie. Miłego wieczoru, ja właśnie siadam do maili i dm❤️

Story time... 📚 Yesterday I was shopping with my mum & she made me try on & buy this jumpsuit. I have NEVER worn a jumpsuit before ✖️✖️ Never ever would I wear something so skimpy where I don’t really have anything to hide behind 👀🔙 I wear a black singlet literally under everything I wear. It stared years ago & it’s almost like a security blanket. I feel like I look weird without it & I still wear it now (one day I will get rid of it I promise 🤣) .
This jumpsuit doesn’t look bad on me 👉🏼 SWIPE 👉🏼No one would be looking at me thinking - this chick is too big for that jumpsuit. But this whole new world of wearing clothes like this is freaken scary!!! It’s awesome but scary!! I still doubt that I can wear a jumpsuit like this or the dress I wore on NYE. 🤷🏻♀️ I have never been this little before. Ever. I know that it’s all about confidence & while I have plenty of it - I still feel like the Leigh who is squeezing into a 16 (but should be wearing an 18) & I forget I am actually this girl 👉🏼 who’s rightfully wearing a 12!! Weight loss is such a trip!! My goal this summer is to rock this jumpsuit 💃🏼 (outside of my house 😝) & not feel weird about it lol. 💥Watch out world! I’m coming for ya! ✌🏼

Many of you have been messaging me about posting the recipes for the meals in my IG stories so here’s one of my common dinners: 🥙 Chickpeas, zucchini (sometimes I do half celery), asparagus, bell pepper, tomato, light feta cheese, and tomato pasta sauce. I add chicken or use edamame noodles for more protein if I want a denser, filling meal. 🌟 I choose high volume veggies instead of noodles because it is lower calorie and packed with more nutrients (vitamins & minerals) than regular or whole wheat pasta. There’s nothing wrong with throwing in a little pasta with this but I don’t because I eat eat enough grains through oats, cereals, or whole wheat bread.
I change the ingredients/portions depending on what I feel like or have on hand. 💕 I also posted some additional information about the veggies I use because I prefer getting my nutrients through food sources (cleaner and more potent) than supplements.
🔸 Fiber & protein help regular blood sugar. These also help with satiety & weight loss if that is your goal. 🔸 Chickpeas, black beans, and beans in general are a great source. They also contain carbohydrates giving your body fuel from a lower glycemic source. 🔸 Vegetables contain fiber and lots of nutrients beneficial to the body 😊
