I don’t think I’ll ever get over this feeling. Shameless pride and relief. Sure I could turn these pants back into clothing issue, but I honestly look forward to taking this picture again when I finally reach my goals!

Oh hey 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️ you remember me that crazy work out lady who loves at home fitness and drinking her shakes!!! Yep that’s me 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️.... I’m baaaaaack...... today marked day 1 of our newest program that was released... and lord knows i need it... why oh why do i fall off the band wagon for an extended period of time 🙄🙄... ugh it’s always the end of the year and ya always use the excuse of the holidays... don’t worry I’m guilty to.... but I’m here and happy and feeling freaking awesome.... There is always time to join us... there’s always a place for you next to me in our groups and a place in my heart for you to come fall in love with this amazing ness with me... please don’t be afraid... you never know what your missing until you just try.... so come on!!!
I saw a post yesterday (or maybe the day before) from @size22guru talking about posting failures throughout our fitness journeys. I am guilty of trying to post videos that are 100% correct or close to that, in hopes of trying to look like all the pro athletes i follow. • one thing I plan on doing is holding myself accountable through good and bad workouts. I want to post raw videos on my account in hopes others will comment on my form, give tips, or recommend other variations. • As a fitness community we should build upon our strengths and try to shed light on our weaknesses so we can grow stronger, and help build our confidence in and out of the gym. • Don’t be afraid to post pictures or videos of yourself that show your weaknesses or better yet, show you being vulnerable. Working out is hard for everyone, some show it more than others. However, building a healthy lifestyle takes time and dedication so keep pushing! 👏🏼👏🏼 Here are some videos from my workout earlier. If you fail to plan, then you're planning to fail. Sometimes you can just wing it and just go with the flow, but having your goals set out right there in front of you makes it so much easier to go after them. I have been trying over and over again to lose 50 pounds. I'm still on this #fitnessjourney to do so but at the same time your diet is the piece of the puzzle and that's where I've struggled. #newyearnewme starts in the kitchen. It's about time that I started to open my eyes and realize what I've been doing to my body these last few years. I have relied on junk food to get me through my depression, to get me through my stress, to get me through my anxiety. But even after I would consume a whole box of pizza, my depression was still there. So was my stress and so was my anxiety. It was usually heightened because I would look at myself in the mirror and ask myself, "what the hell did I just do?" I no longer want to question. I no longer want to hate what I see in the mirror. This journey is all about #lovingmyself and taking care of myself. For once, I'm going to #putmyselffirst.
