* 1 Rep Personal Record Bench Press (350) - I did not video super-setting the pin loaded exercises with archer push-ups but it's a hell of a burn! Give it a try!

Ok I’m reloaded! How I woke up this morning - I call it the wood splitting package. I got 2 training sessions in this week and am starting to fill out again after a 10 month break. If 2 days of training got me already filling out I’m excited to see what a month will do! I’ve lost a stupid amount of muscle but the shreds that came this summer might actually be a good trade off!
My biggest chore of the day is eating breakfast. I’m usually so full from the previous day that when I wake up the LAST thing I want to do is eat more. No, I’m not on a mass phase I was just severely under-eating. I eat 2,200 calories on average and workout 6 days a week. This gives my body what it needs to help me shed those extra IBS, instead of under-eating resulting in my body desperately holding onto to anything it can. So here’s my 25g protein, 25g carb and 15g fat. Chore #1 ✅. Now that I’ve fueled my body properly I’m ready to workout! 💪

I was in the gym for almost 2 hours today following my programming TO A T and did a little leg work too but shh.. I love it ... I didn’t wanna stop but my stomach was grumbling 🎉

I can’t even tell you how nervous I was to try this 3 week fitness/health challenge. Even though I had lost the baby weight I felt like I hit a plateau and needed something to push me a step further. 15 days after starting, Not only do I finally feel back to my pre-baby self, I also feel more energized than ever and less tired by having a food and workout routine I stick to every day....not to mention I actually have time to work out now when baby sleeps!!! I’m doing it again in February and will support you through the process, who wants to join me?!
