Is it even fall if you don't take some basic pics with a pumpkin and a hay bale?🤷🏻♀️ Living in NYC, I don't get to do a ton of the super fall activities since we don't exactly have any apple orchards or pumpkin patches in the middle of Manhattan, but it was fun getting out of the city and feeling a little festive yesterday! Still on the lookout for apple cider doughnuts tho 👀👀feel free to deliver them to me asap if you want 😜
In today's video I talk about meditation. I've been meditating for 5 years and have learnt some valuable principles.
One such principle is having the ability to sit perfectly still.
Everything in the body is connected and when we sit still we use less energy which means we produce less by-products.
This automatically leads to a reduction in breathing rate which in turn reduces brainwave activity enabling you to get into deeper states of meditation.
Sit still 1-2 times per day and you will be more focused, poised, and relaxed.
