Hi guys! I miss you! Sorry I haven’t posted in awhile! I’ve been very busy painting hair 🎨Ya know, creating beauty.. So you know Just a heads up, if you are considering plant based.. definitely limit the processed soy products..I know it’s convenient.. and soy is in everything but you really should be careful in very heavily concentrated processed soy foods because pointed out by my client Karen (Love you) soy contains isoflavones, a type of phytoestrogen that mimics the effect of estrogen. When you eat lots of soy it has the potential to disrupt the estrosensitive systems in the body.. (which includes the brain, pituitary gland, and reproductive organs) Some side effects are swelling breasts (I was wondering why mine looked bigger) irregular menstrual cycle (yep), headaches, mood swings (think demonic mood swings.. like don’t try me because I’m scared of myself right now mood swings 👹) All this happened to me when I was over consuming processed soy or tofu that was not organic.. but everyone’s different so I can only speak for myself.. but I’ma just tell you... it got me fucked up. I should have listened to my intuition because I remember hearing a long time ago soy is iffy... but I’m like oh I’m sure it’s okay..yeah right..like I said I’m not proud but it was out of convenience because Ive been working my ass off. Not an excuse but whatever lol.. anyway I am steering clear of processed soy.. sticking with my lentils and beans for now.. lol.. anyone else experience this problem? Even too much edamame messes with me. I think moderation is key like everything is else...but it’s good info to know! Hope it helps someone like it helped me💕Love you all! Xoxo! 💕😊

1️⃣Alternating Lunge with Weight Plate side twist (keep your chest up and make sure your torso doesn’t twist with the plate)
2️⃣Squat into Plate Press as you come up
3️⃣Squat forward jump into Plate push forward press, 180degree turn and Repeat

“This exercise works some of the same muscle groups we use to keep our weight on our back leg before a solid bottom turn, setting you up for more speed and the chance to start linking sections together as you move down the line. Doing this lateral lunge (three sets of eight reps on each side daily) will improve your ability to transfer weight more fluidly. If you feel your inner thighs are too tight, add in the frog stretch every day (for at least two weeks) to build up more strength and stretch your inner thighs. Training this muscle group will make a huge difference in your ability to make that bottom turn consistently.” - Gershon Borlai
