👉 Mixed vegetable fried rice: Broccoli, beans, capsicum,onions, carrots, spring onions, purple cabbage, green peas, bakchoi 👉Dal with green gram & black eyed peas
*soak green gram & black eyed peas for 5 hours/overnight
*cook in pressure cooker till 3 whistles with salt, haldi & hing and turn off flame. Open the lid on cooling and cook on low flame for 40 minutes. Add ground tomato (I used 2 tomatoes & the hand blender)
*Add jeera powder+ corriander powder+ amchur + garam masala+ red chilli powder
*Add a blob of butter as preferred (I don't compromise on butter, tastes best with more)
Let it simmer for a few minutes and till it comes together.
*Add tadka with ghee, jeera and hing
Please note: As the water evaporates it needs to be stirred at regular intervals. 👉Homemade yogurt with jeera and ajwain powder 👉Mast masala Moosambi (sweet lime)juice: To Moosambi juice add pepper powder, jaljeera powder and a little salt
