Иногда, конечно, у меня как и у всех девочек проскакивают мысли о том, как же хорошо быть маленькой девочкой - надел бантик🎀 и уже красавица!
Но не в этот раз! Сейчас я реально радуюсь, что большая девочка и могу вдоволь насладиться содержимым всех этих баночек!
Помните я показывала распаковку этой посылки в сторис? И в итоге мне понравилось все! От упаковки и до содержимого всех баночек!
Самый большой мой любимец это крем для кожи вокруг глаз Allure. Его текстура очень нежная и невесомая! И он практически без запаха, что для меня очень важно.
А смягчает, питает и защищает мою кожу рук и ног теперь Крем Keeper. Пчелиный воск, экстракт конского каштана, мята вот его ключевые ингредиенты.
Масло для тела Jam, в котором масел полный набор (масло кокоса, масло манго, масло ши, масло киви) идеально увлажняет и питает кожу!
А мои девочки в восторге от пены для ванны!
Но ещё один очень большой плюс это цена! Она вас однозначно порадует!

Maaaan oh maaaan what I would do for a sunny day of yoga on the beach. However in about a month and a half I’ll be on the beach in Aruba vacationing 👏🏻🏖 HELL YES! I’m starting to change up my workouts and when it’s officially a month until the trip I’m going to cut (the already small amount) of alcohol that I drink out & stop snacking as much just to tighten up a bit. Feels so good to have this balance in my life where I don’t have to go into full blown panic 🤪😳🤯 mode and drive myself crazy with an insane diet like I used to (they never really worked out lol 😂) my diet now is not always on point. So many people make comments like, “wow I didn’t think you’d eat that” or “wow you eat a lot” and quite honestly I do fuel my body with whatever it’s craving and the true balance I’ve achieved stems from my workouts. Working out opens the door 🚪 for a lot of things. Stress reliever, get yo self some muscles 💪🏻 & in reality will help you to have your cake 🎂 & eat it too (in moderation) while helping you to strengthen your mind as well. Yoga does this for me. It’s not always about getting stronger or losing weight or even maintaining weight loss. Sometimes It’s about pushing yourself harder than you thought possible. Overcoming the limitations you’ve created within your mind. Developing internal strength will help you to find the fortitude that you can rely on when shit hits the fan. Ahh i remember when i was first introduced to coffee. it was the summer before hygiene school and I was working two jobs running all over the place on little sleep.
it became a must for me every singe morning, all day while working at the gas station, on my way to Mendards and sometimes i would get more on my lunch break. And then it was of course a staple all throughout hygiene school. Sometimes even in the evenings to get through studying. (i actually had to buy a coffee pot because my parents didn’t own one.)
And then i began my big girl job and thought life has slowed down i don’t need coffee anymore, right? Nope, i still could not function without it. Sometimes 2-3 cups a day.
Now i can say i still enjoy coffee (skinny latte with almond milk to be exact💜) but don’t NEED it. it’s now a treat i get to enjoy now and then.
As far as the whole having more time thing, i think i just function on being completely busy...all the time. But, when you’re body is fueled and full of energy daily, it’s a lot more enjoyable☺️

It is easier to push yourself a little and workout, than it is to look in the mirror every day and not like what you see! .
I choose to sweat it out because it makes me a stronger, more confident and more productive person. 💦👍🏻I also get to reap the benefits of all these EXTRA endorphins which give me a positive boost for the ENTIRE Day! 🤗🙌🏼

The old me was so afraid of investing in a gym membership, a class pass, or a program because I had never completed a workout in my life! I'm THAT girl who showed up to the gym on Monday but by Friday the gym was old news.
I'm that girl who worked out and then ate ice cream because HECK I worked OUT! I am also that girl who NEVER GOT RESULTS and was ALWAYS frustrated.
But... when I found My at home workouts, it was different! I not only had a workout program that worked for me, but I could do it at home without having to drag the kids to the gym with me, I FINALLY had a nutrition plan that taught me how to eat healthy, I had a workout calendar that told me what to do each day, I had a coach to check in with and keep me on track, I had other women to keep me accountable and I learned how to properly fuel my body for energy and I WAS LOSING WEIGHT! I became that GIRL who FINALLY GOT RESULTS!

So today is day 40 of my #one80 transformation. I'm down 14.5 lbs (not a huge number but I'm doing a lot of lifting to build muscle so I'm not worried about that) & more importantly 15.5 total inches lost. I need to buy new workout clothes because my current ones are starting to sag, especially when I'm on the treadmill! I'm loving the progress in my body that I'm seeing as well as the energy level I've got these days! Or what you read on the internet,
Or what Insta told you “burns the most fat”,
Find what you enjoy doing and do it! It may not be AMAZING every time but if you enjoy it more than you don’t, chances are you’ll do it for long enough (months and years, not days and weeks) to benefit from the results. .
Find a movement style, exercise, fitness routine that you like and aim to get better at it. Result? Better Health!
