Good Morning Everyone! I am always amazed at the transformations that I've seen and this is another transformation that I ran across the other day and would like to share. Say hello to @fatgirlfedup and here is her story "to the girl who showed up to the gym at 485lbs five times a week. To the girl who was fedup with a life as a prisoner in her own body. To the girl who worked to be the hardest worker in the gym and told herself if someone was going to stare she'd give them a reason. To the girl who said no more excuses and fought to save her life.
To the girl who struggled to do just 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical, but getting off or quitting wasnt an option even if she was probably over the weight limit for the machine. To the girl who fought for 2 years daily and lost 312lbs on her own with no meal plan, surgery, personal trainer, or diet pills. Wayback to the old me, because without her being so strong - I wouldnt be where I am today. Without her believing she could change & loving herself no matter what size - I wouldnt be who I am today. We all start somewhere and deserve to be proud of ourselves for trying no matter where we are in our journey - start today!"

My 2nd go to ingredient to beat a cold plus it is so comforting. Just lemon and hot water.
Keto Macadamia and White Choc Chunk Cookies 😍🍪
I think I need to play around a little more with the recipe - I’m thinking a TAD more sweetner and smaller cookies should do the trick but overall it was a success 🙌🏻

A late night #transformationtuesday ✨ 🔥100lbs gone! .
I was already 20 pounds down on the left and was so excited that I bought myself some workout clothes. You better believe this shirt was stretched to capacity. 😂😱 .
Some people don't like transformation photos. They don't like looking back. 🤷🏻♀️Personally, I think it's important to be able to look back and see how far you've come. Be proud of what you've fought for, damnit. You worked your ass off for everything you have! Acknowledging your past doesn't mean you're holding onto it. 💖✨ however, you do you, boo boo 🤗
I've been sick for the last 4-5 days and prettymuch laid up in bed since the weekend 🙄 Hit the gym tonight for some power yoga and MISS(medium intensity steady state) cardio to get some movement in my day. Workout posted in my stories 😘

I woke up this morning with a head cold. These are always my go to ingredients to get over a cold quicker. What’s yours?
And sorry to anyone I see tomorrow after adding 3 cloves of garlic.
Almost forgot what day it was!! #transformationtuesday !!! I post these not to annoy my personal friends who follow my page, but to inspire anyone stuggling right now to get started trying yet again ANOTHER "diet". Ugg.... right? Sounds dreadful. But I want you to know my personal experience. I can tell that how I felt during my weight-loss and how I still feel today is more hopeful that this way of eating is my best shot at keeping my weight off. I've done it all (Nutri-system, low-fat, weight watchers, medifast, counting calories/increase exercise). All of them were super hard and I couldn't wait to be "DONE" with my "DIET". So I would dig deep, buckle down, lose the weight, reach my goal and "END" my "DIET". Within days/weeks I would begin a climb back up again because I could eat my delicious carbs and sugar and eat I would. Enter KETO. I would have never drempt of a day where sugary or carb laden foods didn't hold a grip on me...and yet, here I am. 3 plus months past hitting my goal and not only have I lost more, I'm enjoying the foods I can still eat and mental food feedom from the foods I no longer eat. Do much so that I plan to stay Keto forever. Much like a Vegetarian...it's not just a diet, it's a Way Of Eating. On the fence still?? Why not give Keto a try...what do you have to lose?
