Oh Tuesday, you started off rough but getting better as the day goes on. 2000 yards @ 1:54/100 yd so a little under 40 min🏊🏻♀️🏊🏻♀️I slept in this morning as I am fighting off yet another virus. 😴😷Hopefully it won't turn into another full blown upper respiratory infection! No workout today, I just swam to loosen up my legs - still rebuilding after struggling thru tendonitis and a hip strain for 4 months before getting diagnosed and going thru PT/treatment. The struggle is real, y'all! Between moving over the weekend, work, being sick again, planning an event for this spring, kids and training: sometimes the grind is hard! Even though I am not training for a specific race right now, I still create a training plan for myself and no one likes to miss a work out - sick or not. Today I just had to remind myself to just take a breath. Breathe. Everything is going to be okay. Some days are harder than others. All you can do is all you can do. One thing at a time! Prioritize.

🏊🏻♀️🏊🏻♀️🏊🏻♀️Schlepped it across town so I could swim again. I was so happy when I got there and the outdoor pool was open. I was told it was heated. It was not. I froze for about a minute and then I promptly got my ass inside to the indoor pool🤣and I was happy I had the option! Both sweet lifeguards told me they loved my @bettydesigns kona bikini💕🦋☠️How can you not, right?! #stylishAF 🔥Had my swim paddles and silver rush goggles from @newwaveswimbuoy but my swim cap ripped towards the end of my swim - it happens🙄Oh well, 2000 yards in the bank at 1:51/100 yd. Hip/Glute strengthening on deck for later this afternoon👊🏻
