ABOBRINHA RECHEADA COM STROGONOFF DE COUVE-FLOR
Rende 4 metades e pelos meus cálculos, cada metade contém apenas 191 kcal
1 cabeça grande de Couve-Flor em pedaços
1 colher (sopa) de azeite de oliva
1 cebola picada
2 dentes de alho picados
1 xícara de extrato de tomate
Sal rosa a gosto
1 caixinha de creme de leite light
½ xícara de cogumelo champignon (e + um pouco para decorar, caso deseje)
4 abobrinhas pela metade s/ a polpa (utilize a polpa em outra receita ou adicione ao estrogonofe)
Salsa desidratada a gosto
Coloque os pedaços da couve-flor em uma tigela.
️Cubra com filme plástico, faça furinhos e leve ao micro-ondas por 4 minutos.
️Em uma panela (fogo médio), doure levemente a cebola e o alho no azeite.
Despeje a couve-flor (e também a polpa da abobrinha caso deseje utilizar nesta receita) e refogue por 5 minutos.
️Despeje o extrato de tomate e misture.
️Coloque o sal e despeje o creme de leite.
️Mexa e aguarde levantar fervura.
Recheie as metades das abobrinhas com o estrogonofe. Decore com cogumelos por cima.
️Leve para o forno médio por 25 minutos. Decore com salsa desidratada

Leg day DONE! Sweating like crazy & breathing heavy! I used to think I wouldn’t be able to burn calories if I wasn’t doing cardio but these workouts are designed to get your heart rate up from the very beginning! It’s intense! We’re not just doing lunges & squats- we’re doing lunges & squats while holding weights! 🏋🏻♀️ So if I ever thought one of these workouts wasn’t going to help me torch calories, I know now how wrong I was! I feel like I did really well tonight except for those Buddha squats- what the heck were those? 😂
Thankful leg day is on a Friday because it may take me just little longer to maneuver myself out of bed in the morning! 😜

SEM FILTRO, toda descabelada e MUITO CLICHÊ.
Mas pra mostrar que apenas 3kgs me separaram hoje da época em que eu usava esse shorts.
Eu também achava que nunca chegaria (e nem cheguei, pq os objetivos mudam a todo momento) e que seria impossível treinar e comer direito todos os dias.
A motivação vem com cada resultado e a sensação de bem estar no dia a dia.
