✅ keep arms close to sides (think of elbows being glued to side)
✅ slow and controlled movements ✅squeeze triceps at bottom of movement
✅ fully extend ◾️
❌ arms leaving side ❌ jolting and using your full body instead of tricep muscles ❌ going through motions to fast
❌ not fully extending ◾️
Best way to think of pulldowns is that you aren't moving your bicep at all. That part of your arm stays glued to your side while all movement comes from the elbow. Hope this helped guys🤗 #workoutvideo#arms#form

Mum came over to help pack the Stationery packs that I'm sending to everyone joining the next round of Back to You.

Then I sat and wrote cards to pop in the envelopes while watching Jane the Virgin at my tidy desk (Declutterers know I made a promise yesterday to tidy it!)
And he doesn't know it yet, but Nick will be taking all these packs to the post office tomorrow when we have the final participants through the door 😉😂
