My theory when it comes to the gym is get in work hard and get out. If you can work up a sweat, get your heart racing for half the time with smart training then do it. Long distance running for me is just a waste of time... my opinion. HIIT training/ full body circuits are more my thing.
I am unsure with what speed I used for this exercise each treadmill is different.

1. jumping squats 1 minute
2. Incline side to side jumps 30 seconds each side
3. Hand walks (this kill) 1 minute
4. Incline deadmill 45 seconds
Repeat 3-4 times no rests per exercise.
Absolute killer after a weight training session !
