✨GOOD NEWS: I’ve lost FIVE pounds!!💃🏻I've been trying to be the BEST I can be for my baby.💜 I want to be healthy and strong not only so I can provide the best care for her, but also because I want to be a great role model for her.👶🏼🎀 On October 2cd I began Arbonne’s 30 days to healthy living & I’m SO thankful for those of you who joined me on my journey bc I don't know about you, but I tend to do A LOT better if I have friends doing the same work outs/healthy eating - just to hold me accountable. I only ended up working out twice so far - yesterday & today - but in 2 1/2 weeks I’ve already lost 5 pounds! (Walking counts as a work out, right?!) Bonjour petit démon !! Monsieur Arthur a décidé qu'avant 4H30 ça servait à rien de dormir 😁 on est mort avec M 😅 Maintenant bien-sûr, il dort le saligo (comme dirait feu ma mamie 😀) !! Il a tétée chaque heure entre 23H et 4 heures en plus j'ai les seins en feu ce matin 😅 qu'elle idée d'avoir fait un bébé je vous jure 😂 la comme ça on dirait pas qu'il fait la misère a ses parents la nuit !! Loool. Mais qu'il est beau (quand il dort 😛)

Worked up to a 4-6 rep max. My best was 115lbs x 4 reps (final set)

16 DB Snatch @ 25lbs .
2 Minute Rest
8 MIN AMRAP:
8 Burpees (dropped to knees for some)
12 push Press @ 50lbs
16 BW Squats .
**Everything but the Squats are sped up to 1.5x**

Pasta pizza is what's for breakfast, it is one of our family's favorite breakfast food and so very easy to make....... ..
I started making this dish when I was around 11 years old way back, happy that thousands of miles away from home my boys loves it too.
I used whole grain pasta as a healthier twist to my childhood version and everything else in the refrigerator. .
Pasta is cooked al dente, drain, then I add veggies, some leftover chorizo, then some happy eggs to bind everything together in harmony, season to taste. Little oil in the pan to cook into this delicious delightful dish you are lookin at.
Remember your kids are only as picky as the options you offer them, keep it deliciously healthy, it is possible.
I add veggies to almost everything, it adds so much color and nutrients to any dish and that extra crunch. Who wants revipe detail steps?
Not being able to workout right now is TOUGH! Thankfully I can see the rainbow 🌈. (See what I did there???!) 😂. Jokes, jokes! Lol! No, seriously tho! You'll be seeing my page flood with these colorful little containers because honestly, portion control is KEY! I can't outwork my bad diet so I'm making changes!!! Small wins= Success!!
