“1’000 crunches a day and still no abs!!” 😤 Why? Because if your abs are covered with a layer of fat, you will never see them even if you increase the amount of crunches to 10’000 a day. Simply forget about it. Instead, focus your efforts where abs are really made: the kitchen 🤗😍💪🏼 From my own experience 👉🏼 yes, working out is very important but I would say when it comes to building and exposing a strong midsection, it's not more than 20% of the success. If you want to have gorgeous stomach with visible abs, you need to get your eating on point. Whether or not you can see your abs depends entirely on your percentage of body fat and where you store it. It is directly tied to body fat percentage and your diet impacts your ability to lose belly fat and expose your abdominal wall. I was a perfect example of a person with stubborn belly fat trying to get rid of it for almost year without any major success. Until I changed my eating habits. My food routine was quite easy to follow: 5-6 well balanced meals throughout the day, limited sugar, fruit only with my breakfast and drinking lots of water (2-3 litres per day). Never in my life before had I abs looking like on the picture on the right and I am 40! •1kg de Merluza
•Ajo en polvo
•Con la merluza bien limpia de piel y espinas la ponemos en un plato.
•Llevamos al microondas de 3 a 4min a máxima potencia.
•Picamos la zanahoria, la cebolla y el perejil.
•Llevamos a un cuenco.
•Desmenuzamos la merluza cocinada y la incorporamos al cuenco.
•Por último batimos el huevo y lo incorporamos también junto con el ajo en polvo.
•Amasamos y mezclamos todo bien.
•Dejamos reposar 30min en la nevera.
•Pasado el tiempo damos forma a nuestras hamburguesas y las cocinamos o bien en el horno unos 15min a 200grados o bien a la plancha.

-Frutas de baixo índice glicêmico (usei amora que deixei congelada😋, cereja (amem dezembro) e kiwi)
Misture o whey com pouca água (se necessário acrescente goma xantana caso queira que fique cremoso) e deixe no congelador por 20 minutos e dps adicione as frutas
Para quem é vegano pode usar uma proteína vegana ou usar abacate batido com cacau em pó ou a proteína vegana também e depois adicionar as frutas😋
3x100kg squat today! Performed 3x10x70kg squat superset with Arnold Shoulder Press then thought I may as well give it a go. Was aiming for 1RM but felt strong today and did a couple more. Doesn’t sound exciting to many but this time last year I was hobbling around with a disc prolapse and agonising sciatica so it’s an awesome feeling that all of my hard work is paying off🙌🏼 Progress pics of my mini bulk but really fluffy so it’s hard to tell exactly what’s under there😂 Booty and delts have always genetically been my weak points so really thrash them 3x a week and apply correct nutrition to aid in their growth, slowly but surely. Yes that is a staff member in the background but we were joking about progress shots/gym selfies and she was saying she does it too so it’s all good haha. This is quote holds so much truth! My dad always thought he was going to die very young because his dad died at a very young age from cardiovascular disease. However, my dad always ate very healthy🥗and exercised 🚵🏽♂️very often. He is 85 years old and hopefully many more years to come🍾

Here is what I have learned over the past 11 months that I've been in the business.. Yes, you may feel extra nervous , worried & scared about what other people may think or say.. 🙋🏻♀️That was me!!
But you know what, everyone has to start somewhere! All these amazing women, they started with all of those feelings too but at least we gave it a shot!
Today, I can't imagine my life without this business, because it has brought so many fun times 💃🏽 , so many friendships & it has given me the freedom ⏰ to design how I will spend my days 🙌🏼
This is why I encourage all those that feel that this business is intriguing to them, to just jump in & give it a shot 📲
You will never change your situation if you decide to stay in your comfort zone 👋🏼

I have been at this workoutout journey on and off for a few years. But I have been the most dedicated these last few months minus life getting in the way I have been trying to stay consistent and focused. The hardest part of this journey is eating and not letting the outside world influence your mindset. The top picture is when I started back at the gym Again, in the middle of November.
