If you think about it, the sciency mumbo-jumbo behind losing fat is pretty straightforward. Structure your diet and exercise in a way that creates a consistent calorie deficit and BOOM! Weight Loss.
However, there’s a whale 🐳 of a difference between *knowing* how to lose weight and actually putting knowledge into practice... And that's where most folks screw up big time.
Most people know the truth about losing weight. They know they need to eat fewer calories. They know they need to eat more whole foods. They know they need to exercise more.
Problem is, none of those things are exciting…
You know what is, though?
A “motha-flippin 28-Day Juice Fast!” Oooooh, or the “60-Day Low-Carb, Low-Fat, Gluten-Free Apple Cider Vinegar Chugging Fast!”
(… okay, might have made that up 😉)
But you get the point. When folks get motivated to lose weight, they want results NOW, which often leads to making unrealistic and unsustainable changes to their diet & exercise plan that ultimately fail them...
✅ The Successful Dieter is different.
The successful dieter knows it’s not about speed or going to the extremes. Instead, it’s about having patience and creating habits that last forever. Sure, they’re still focused on getting short-term results, but never at the expense of their long-term success.
There are lots of great habits to develop, but these six are by far some of the best. Reason being, they’re easy to implement and make dieting simpler. And if there’s one thing I know to be true for losing weight, the simpler you can make your diet and exercise plan, the more likely you are to be successful in the long run 💪

So I am going to share my recipe with u guys.
All you need for thw PANCAKE
A half glass of milk
5 dates (keep the sunnah too) and they are amazing for adding organic sweetness.
Oat as much as u need
1 tea spoon of organic honey.
The way I mixed this is easy I just blended it all I left bananah until the end so I it's not completely blended. SYRUP RECIPE
2 table spoon cocoa pouder a glass of water placed in a cooking pan let cook for a little bit with 5 dates and add one tea spoon of organic honey at the end and ready to serve with some Shia seeds my son call them chocolate sprinkle ❤❤❤

I remember just 2 years ago having the 'it's so hard' mindset!
✅It was hard to eat healthy.
✅It was hard to workout.
✅It was hard to get results.
✅It was hard...
Then something happened. I thought about my healthy lifestyle in comparison to our journey to become debt free. They are both hard, but I knew living paycheck to paycheck was hard too. Tate and I had decided as a couple to choose the hard that would help us reach our goal of becoming 100% debt free and make sacrifices for that to happen.
I knew that was the same mindset I needed for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Although it was hard, I knew I would feel good if I got in a workout, I would have more energy through out the day and fueling my body right would help too. Seeing results and becoming more confident was icing on the cake.
So while it is HARD to lead a healthy lifestyle, it's also hard waking up every day drained with no energy throughout the day, feeling crummy and having low confidence. I am so happy to choose the hard that has an outcome that is positive, that makes me feel good and that allows me to be the BEST version of me.
What I love with what works for me and my lifestyle is that it's SIMPLE to follow. Effective workouts, simple nutrition plus the community of support = my 'hard' healthy lifestyle. Add in weekly meal plans from a Registered Dietitan and you are more than equipped for success. I knew by day 10 I had to share this with other woman who were needing this in their life. IM BACK BABY... 2 years without doing any real exercise was the result of a mix between a new business venture and health issues. I had ZERO motivation to do any physical activity.
I addressed my health issues and even though I haven’t found a permanent solution to my condition, I have reached a certain stability that works for me.
Second, what really made my return easier was I believe the most important part, which was to find a gym near my house 🏡
I don't have to worry about traffic anymore. Every time I would go train I would find myself super stressed out before even getting to the damn gym 😫
After doing a lot of research, I decided to give it try at @crossfitilebizard which is about 5 minutes away. I’m never late and I’m in & out in an hour 🤗
Since day 1, all the coaches (no exception) have been paying a close attention ⚠️ to each and every movement I execute to make sure I have the right posture and do not injure myself.

I never ever thought I could rely on smoothies or shakes as a meal replacement, but I’ve realized that skipping a meal because I’m “too busy” or wake up late isn’t a valid excuse when I have something delicious and full of nutrients that only take a min to put together.
I used to nourish myself so improperly and “punish” myself if I overate by skipping numerous meals and doing obscene amounts of cardio - ps there is such a thing as too much cardio. This completely fucked up my metabolism & I had to “reverse diet” that baby back to health 🤦🏼♀️
Knowing I always have something as a backup no mater how - lets be honest - LAZY I’m being, is the most relieving thing ever. One less meal to worry about and with 20g of easily digestible plant based protein filled with essential nutrients and amino acids, it’s way more beneficial than anything I’d grab out of pure hanger at 1pm because I skipped breakfast 😂🤷🏼♀️
Plus it’s literally the ONLY vegan protein I’ve tasted that doesn’t taste like chalk & is actually yummy so that’s a bonus 👍🏼🤤

Devine timing. When you are all safe in the car after morning walk, just as the rain hits.
If there’s one soup 🥣 that’s on heavy rotation in my house in the winter, it’s butternut squash soup. 🙌
Whenever I go grocery shopping it’s like there’s some strange magnetic pull that always draws me towards a towering section of butternut squash. ☺️
Recently I made this soup for my book club meeting with the gals and they loved it and couldn't believe that it was actually healthy! 💜
