White & dark chocolate ice cream cake by @nm_meiyee 💗 .
. (makes 4inch mini cake)
Chocolate ice cream layer
1/2 cup cashew (soaked)
1/4 cup dates
1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
1/4 cup full cream coconut milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder .
White chocolate layer
1/2 cup cashew (soaked)
1/4 cup full cream coconut milk
1/4 cup melted cocoa butter
2 tbsp agave
1 tsp vanilla
Process (chocolate layer) ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into a cake tin and place in the freezer to set while you work with white chocolate layer. Process (white chocolate) ingredients until smooth. Remove the cake tin from the freezer and spread the white chocolate mixture over chocolate layer and place it back in the freezer to set for at least 4 hours or overnight. Remove cake tin from the freezer, let it set for 5 mins, decorate, and enjoy! .

Oatmeal topped with fresh fruit, chia pudding, and almond butter ❤️ Details:
~Banana Bread Oatmeal~
-1 cup coconut milk (canned, full fat)
-1 cup other plant-based milk
-2 ripe mashed bananas
-1 tsp vanilla -cinnamon -maple syrup to taste
Mix everything together and when it starts to simmer, add 1 cup rolled oats. Continue to simmer until thick. And you’re done!

I’m calling it “The Natty Cast” for several reason which I discuss in episode 10 which is really the first official episode. I talk about my plans for the podcast, as well as for me in the near future (Keto, a trip to Ireland 🇮🇪).
I intend to really document my progress with bodybuilding, as well as life in general. (WNBF pro card 2019). Hopefully I can get some amazing guests on the show 👌🏻. I’d love to have on some of the natty greats on like my coach @chris_elkins and @nunez3dmj .
I was really inspired to start this podcast by listening to Mind Pump which is my favorite podcast 🙌🏻. Love listening to them talk and there knowledge is incredible 👌🏻.

I have a few new frands on here and just wanted to pop in and say hellurrr👋🏽☺️, tell you a little bit about myself 😂 I’ll start by saying I haven’t always been this positive, fit-ish person. Long story short - I was an ex volleyball player who gained quite a bit of weight in college. I was someone who aways thought life was happening to me- and not FOR ME. And when enough was enough and my self-esteem was shot- I started picking up a few new habits. Lost the weight, challenged myself, seeked out other positive people. I competed in bikini a couple years ago + honestly loved it but felt it was an easy gateway into an eating disorder for me and the beginning of some body image issues. Have since moved from Massachusetts to Southern California- which I absolutely love!!🙏🏽🙌🏽🌴 I love sharing my perspective whenever I see things in a new light. Lately I’m completely obsessed with genuine gratitude, optimism, and the overall power of thought. If you don’t know, I am also an online fitness and lifestyle coach (both customized 1:1 and do it with my help guides- coming to you soon). I am a vegan rookie- and enjoying the discovery of my options in this lifestyle (and yes my clients have various diet styles including meat and dairy). I am Puertorican + Dominican (annddd no-one is cali guesses that, ever), I’m 5’10, have lots o freckles, I love to sing but can’t sing (sorry-notsorry), love anything with chocolate+coconut and one of my goals is to get a pet piggy 💖. as human beings were creatures that thrive off of doing. On my busiest days like today where I’m out of the house for 13 hours working both jobs, I find time for myself to clear my mind and go for a run in between my 2 hour gap. 6 months ago when I wasn’t working or in school I could barely get myself to a gym and found myself feeling tired from doing absolutely nothing all day. Nowadays my schedule is constantly packed, but I’m also thriving off of human connection and feeling a sense of purpose everyday. I guess this view is a pretty good motivation to go on runs too👌🏽
