I took a leap of faith recently, and moved to Santa Monica! Los Angeles is a major change of pace from sleepy Sonoma but it was time to expand. Yesterday I decided to grab my stuff, driver over to Austin and train a client who just happens to be one of my best friend’s mom. Had dinner with her and then drove over to Lockhart to spend the night with my best friend. I gave her our* matching mugs and we decided to make coffee at 10pm just so we could use them. -
I needed a day off mentally and this was the perfect way to hit the reset button. Having the ability to pick up my stuff and take my work with me is the coolest feeling in the world. I love being able to help others from anywhere I go. Online coaching is truly the coolest thing in the world to me because if I ever do get the chance to meet up with a client while I’m in their city, I do. The connection I have with my clients is something I would never trade for an 8-5 “regular” career. -
Becoming a personal trainer was the best decision I could have made as an 18 year old. Investing in myself by hiring @ursula_krause as my business coach was the best decision I could have made as a 24 year old. She helped me take a leap of faith to start my own training business and I will forever be grateful that she has given me the tools to be able to do things like this. -
I encourage YOU, whomever YOU are to invest in yourself. Invest in your health, in your career, in your future. I encourage you to take a mental day or even a mental break to reset. So often we get caught up in this crazy world and we forget to take care of ourselves. Take care of yourself! Take care of your mind, body and soul. -

Flashback Friday 🚨🚨🚨 If you want to make a change do it for the right reasons! Do it for you and to better your quality of life!! 🙌🏽 I was always happy big, I loved my life and my size never bothered me.... so a lot of people ask why did I choose to lose weight??? 😊 I did it by making the decision to get healthy, fit and be a better version of myself! And with that mental change and new healthy lifestyle put in to place the weight loss came second 💯 You can do this too, no matter if it’s 5kg, 15 or 50.... you really can do this with no surgery, crap detoxes or diets, starving yourself or silly weightloss pills... all which don’t work for the long haul, they may help for 2-4 weeks but I’m talking real long lasting results! 👍🏽 Witg a good attitude, determination, willpower mixed with lots of activity and good food I lost 63kg in 2 years with no help from anyone and learning to love my new life keeping it off! 😘 It’s not rocket science or some magic secret, it’s down to you and how bad you want it!! And the first step is knowing 200% that you can do this!

Being a mum, a wife, a daughter, a friend and a boss babe, I find myself constantly giving out energy and at times feel like there’s nothing left to give.
Let’s be diligent in self care, so we can care more for those around us, whatever lifts you up, inspires you and fills you up, do it, more often!

We are so incredibly honoured to have the lovely Savanna Madden running the #LondonMarathon next year to raise funds for us after #YestoLife supported her mum, Davina, after her cancer diagnosis.
Savanna is delighted to be fulfilling her dream of running the London Marathon and fundraising for Yes to Life. Her aim was always to do it by the time she reached the age of 30, but there were some obstacles in her way where she thought it wouldn't be possible, so to be able to do it during the year she turns 30 is a huge bonus!

This post is dedicated to the people who are giving their best when it comes to workouts and at the same time are consuming less than 1000 calories per day for fat loss. Its not their fault , (calories in equals to calories out )was what we were always taught about. And what happens with such mislead people is they hardly do any intake of dietary fats or protein and rather just have one chapati in every meal. And despite such calorie deficit they still witness fat gain or no results at all.
The reason behind this is human being's metabolism. Bodies metabolism needs proper calories to function. Now due to this crash diet all the hormones of the body basically thyroid levels are so depressed that rather than the goal of fat loss ,body's main goal becomes survival. And hormones main functioning nutrients are protein and fats but we feed it with chapati which are carbohydrates just providing with one function of energy as compared to multiple functions of other 2 nutrients.
Now carefully contemplate the nutrition you are providing to the physical form of your inner self, make sure its alluring.

Heating up three bean salad from costco. I have been heating it up with tomatoes but tonight I mixed it in with tomato paste. So tasty and easy #imlazyaf also pro tip: spinach is best when you cook it for the least amount of time. Lol #gamechanger I finally don't hate spinach🌈
