So far on my habit tracker for January 🧡 trying something a bit different this month by breaking up habits into smaller chunks (eg. my 8-part morning and evening routines) 😛👌

Do you guys prefer planning everything digitally or are you like me and find it easier using pen and paper? ⏳
So a lot of you know I got an amazing planner last year and I use it all the time to plan out my days 💙
Nonetheless I got a bullet journal as well for everything that doesn't fit in the planner. Finances, reading list, movie list, monthly and yearly trackers (health, mood/anxiety, social media etc) and lots of room for illustration planning :)
I tend to lose track and this helps me so much! ✨
I don't wake up everyday ready to crush my goals. Some days I feel off😕. Some days are tougher to stay motivated and focused. Some days I feel like all I do is put out fires🔥 in business, relationships, life. Life is not always easy, and its not always fair.
We will be challenged often as we push ourselves to grow and reach new heights of greatness. That's the price we pay to not live a life of mediocrity. When faced with these challenges what do you do? Do you give up and go back to your comfort zone, or do you STEP UP? I am not perfect and many days I struggle all the same. But every day we are both faced with the same choice, give up or step up. I choose to take action. I choose to STEP UP! Will you?

Amongst all the holiday abnormalities, I haven’t been eating and training the way I usually do. It’s a strange thing, but I actually miss it!! I’ve never imagined actually MISSING eating wholesome, MP based, and healthy meals as well as FIRE (weights) and ICE (cardio) training!! I guess once habits become a routine, it becomes a lifestyle. Can’t wait to get back into it 😁💪🏼 Thanks to @peaktransformations, @phil_fit247 and @pt_michael

part of my meditation practice is to go out by myself for long walks/runs in nature. separating from the noise of everyday life really helps you tune in to what's going inside, sometimes stuff can come up that you didn't even know was there! having the mental space to be able to focus on those things is really so important, otherwise we can find ourselves just constantly bouncing off other people and their opinions/views.. when really all we need to do is ask ourselves, 'how does this make ME feel?'
on the flip side, it can be just as powerful to go out and have a head full of nothing, just taking in what's around you and the beauty of it all. turn down the volume of the chatter, look up, look ahead. there's so much you may not have noticed before 💛

So this is probably gonna sound incredibly stupid, but it really hurt my self esteem.
I'm a freshman and I took enhanced classes this year. I've always had great grades, but I do terrible on state tests and it always put me in special ed. I got up from that. I chose this year to take the Enhanced classes. My hardest is enhanced English I just took the final for it a few hours ago. So for the rest of the year I don't really have any classes to keep me occupied. So you can take college classes if you're labeled as a "ntag" student. It also depends on the courses you're taking and your grades. I gained confidence in myself because I have all A's besides one B and I had pushed myself this far. So I looked into it and there's only one reason I can't and that's because one of my state test scores is a 85 and not a 90. So all the confidence I had vanished.

i can feel some of my bad habits for snacking and feeling like i “need” something sweet after my tea ebbing away, it’s starting to feel good!

How would you describe your life? Are you achieving what you desire? Are you accomplishing the things that are important to you? Do you consider yourself a success? Your life is the effect of your daily choices, actions, habits and routine. It is the seemingly small choices you make in your life that add up to produce the biggest, most rewarding, most powerful results. If you make a few key decisions and then manage them well in your daily agenda, you will succeed. But, you will never change your life until you change something you do daily. You see, success, doesn't just suddenly occur one day in someone's life. For that matter, neither does failure. Each is a process. Every day of your life is merely preparation for the next. What you become is the result of what you do today. Habits or routines set the vibration for what you are creating. You can have habits that support a healthy lifestyle or habits that do not. The first step in determining your daily routine is figuring out what really matters to you. You can’t prioritize if you don’t know your priorities. Start with one simple change in your routine and then once you can do that steadily for at least a month, move to the next routine. Just take it one step at a time. That is all you need to do. Sometimes you need to slow down, stop trying to be a perfectionist, and try to make small, but important decisions each day, to help you live a better life. It may be a slow process, but it will become easier to maintain over time. When you deliberately focus on what matters most to you, you automatically make better choices and create positive change. Your daily habits are what will either help you to achieve your goals or they will confine you to a mediocre life. What are your daily habits? Are they success orientated or mediocrity orientated?

Here’s how my morning routine helps me to do that: ✅ Cold shower (saves ~10+ minutes compared to warm shower, boosts energy levels and is good for your skin. PLUS if you can do this in Winter, you can do anything 👊🏻) ✅ Take some vitamins (leave these in my bathroom so I have no way of forgetting to do this. Bonus of getting in about 400mL of water to start the day with this overgrown mug 💦) ✅ Stretching + Massage (I’ve had a couple of little injuries so doing this helps to keep muscles functioning properly and pain free. Helps for recovery on days off from gym too! 🧘🏻♂️) ✅ Overnight oats (love eating these for breaky, sad whenever I have to eat anything else. Luckily they are cheap, super healthy and so easy to make! 😋) What’s your morning success story? 😜

Scientific studies are incredibly important for the field of nutrition, but individual findings don't always apply to you.
🔑 There are two things we like to remember:
1. We should root our core nutrition practices on the common findings among hundreds and thousands of studies. Things that are tried and true like: eating minimally processed foods, doing routine physical activity, and getting adequate sleep.
2. We should experiment and test (n=1) to see what works for us as individuals. Some of us will fast and see great results, others will take X supplement over Y because they notice a boost in energy. As someone smart once said -- do what works for you.

I'm on it ✨🦄✨ Good morning gorgeous ppl.
What is something u so enjoy doing that brings u so much joy time stands still? Can u do that this week? Is it tricky to organise and becomes overwhelming so u just don't?
What if u broke it down into steps?
Write down what is involved. It might be get dressed, get kids organised, hop in the car, purchase coffee, enjoy it at our favourite play place.
It might be go to a class or for a ride. What does that involve? Communicate your intention and desire with ur support network, arrange for care for ur kiddies, book class or riding buddy... show up and let ur soul soar!
I know life can be intense and feel too hard to organise and change but our brains can cope better with 'chunking'. Make a list of what u need to do, keep it handy and cross off one thing at a time. Celebrate ur achievements! Each step taken is progress 🤘
Retrain ur brain, build a new neural pathway that sees u doing something u love from start to bliss. The more we do this the more that neural pathway strengthens until it becomes our new habit and we find joy in our lives again. You can do it, I have ultimate faith in you.
