Loving my post show rebound diet I put together. I literally spent hours planning and perfecting this diet over the weekend making sure I'm getting in the exact amount of animal protein per pound of lean body mass along with baseline carbs/fats percentages I wanted to start out with.... My weight has stabilized lost all the water weight from the cheats this weekend and am only up 3lbs from stage morning weight which is a perfect start to this offseason. Will stick with this amount of carbs/fats this week and see where my weight is by sat morning. Goal is to gain roughly 1/2lb a week nice and steady to ensure that the weight I put on is mostly muscle with very minimal fat. ~2 slices thick cut turkey bacon
~4 slices Ezekiel toast with 2 tablespoons sugar free preserves ~50grams cinnamon raises Ezekiel cereal
~12grams sugar free Metamucil fiber
~8oz black coffee
A very humbling day spent with some great characters. These children have been selected from Kroo Bay slum to attend a school funded by Street Child in hope of a more promising future. It costs £5 a week to send one child to school full time- Chuffed to say so far I can nearly fund one of these children for 3 years. They also taught me a thing or too about Krio!
