5x5 banded Push Press to kick off this week of training. These are rough but they have been a great addition to my program and I love how light regular push presses feel afterwards! .

Currently having a love/hate relationship with my body...🤷🏽♀️ I am the least patient person when it comes to myself. Anyone else feel the same? I am trying to remember to be patient with myself, but it’s not easy. I’m trying to remind myself how far I’ve come instead of getting stuck. 🏆 The scale hasn’t changed in weeks and I’m so frustrated. 🏋🏾♀️ Trying not to beat myself up and trying to push through each workout and each day. 💪🏽
