“Even in social life, you will never make a good impression on other people until you stop thinking about what sort of impression you're making.” – C.S. Lewis
We’ve all been there where we've made plans a week before and when the day comes to hang out with our friends, we have trouble getting out the door. We may say things like, “I think I’m coming down with something” or “I have a lot of work to do.” It may be due to anxiety we’re having about socializing or something else.
When you don’t feel like going out and you’re dragging your feet, ask yourself why.
Ever been in the situation where you are worried a day won’t go well, but it ends up being really great? Make sure you’re meeting supportive people who add joy to your life.
Don’t let your anxieties keep you cooped up at home! It’s Saturday – get out and have some fun with your tribe!
