Breakfast for the next few days! #twoingredientdough Bean and cheese calzones! I used ff retried beans (0) and then lite Trader Joe’s mozzarella (1). Each one of mine is 4sp. I love heating these up in the air fryer each morning. They come out crisp and hot, like you just baked them that morning!
ending the night with two dove chocolates for 4 smarties 🍫 the #NSV in this is that I walked up and down the Target Valentine’s day aisles and walked away with just this bag of chocolate. I’m not even a big candy person but man holiday candy is so tempting for me. The MOST tempting for me is Easter candy and Target definitely had some of it out already 🙈 So glad I passed it up!

Here's all that's in it:
• spaghetti squash • 99% FF ground turkey
• a little corn & beans
• 4 tbsp @raoshomemade sauce (1sp)
• 1oz 2% mozzarella cheese (2sp)
• 1 tbsp goat cheese crumbles (1 sp)
Total points: 4 sp✨
Then I popped it in the oven for 14 min at 400' and then broiled half way through.

My other favorite kitchen gadget, the Instant Pot, has taken my hard boiled egg game to another level. Seriously, it is so easy and the shells literally slide off. Life. Changing. --------------------------------------

Those skewers didn’t hold me over long and I was getting super cranky and irritable. Turns out I was just hungry and dehydrated and salty carbs turned my mood around real quick 😂 The allergy menus around Disneyland and California Adventures make my life so much easier since I know everything will be dairy free 😍 Bacon hamburger + waffle fries + a Diet Coke hit the freaking spot 🙌🏻👌🏻
The lighting in my house blows so I have to usually put a filter on my food 😂 Filter aside, my 11 #Smartpoint chicken taco salad was da 💣.com || Exactly what I wanted for dinner and within my points. I feel achy so I almost went to bed and didn’t make anything but I’m glad I did... and I’ve got left overs for tomorrow! || Ending my day at 24/27 with 3 rollover points.
Chicken (1), corn (0), and rice (3) is what’s for dinner on this chilly night. Chicken was done in the air fryer and turned out perfect!

I’ve got salmon (0sp), bacon wrapped asparagus (2sp for 3 slices, I used center cut from Aldi), and roasted butternut squash (0sp).
Now time to demolish this dinner after doing Core De Force (a Beachbody boxing workout) and a quick yoga video 💪🏼

Decided to do ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Circuit 1 in my magical flying pug leggings. Had to top it off with a low carb dinner of salmon and stir fry veggies for 1sp 🙌🏾 I can’t say it enough, but @weightwatchers Freestyle is amazing with the amount of 0sp food options ❤️
