.•Roast two cups hazelnuts at 350F for 10 mins *I actually did 1 cup hazelnuts 1 cup mixed cashews/pecans* .
•Put em in a good processor and blend for a min. Stop to scrape down sides
•Add coconut oil, 1-2 dates, pink salt, and vanilla extract. Blend until creamy, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. .
