#TransformationTuesday 🙈 I’ve struggle with weight, I’ve hated my body, I’ve tried multiple “diets”, I used to obsessed with the number on my scale. The left picture is from 2011. I was eating crap, going to Mcdonald’s🍔🍟 multiple times a week. Wasn’t exercising or cared about what I was putting in my body.👎🏼 I would go out with friends all the time🥂🍻 and we would eat junk food after our night was over. the picture on the right is a more recent picture, 2017. I’m happy with my lifestyle and feel good in my own skin.🤗 I don’t obsessed over how much I weigh. I’m not on a strict diet, I eat what I want when I feel like it.🍩🍣🥗😋 I treat myself multiple times a week. Train at the gym 4-5 times a week and live a healthy and balanced life. I’m happier, healthier & stronger 💪🏼🤗 -
6 years in between these two photos. There have been many ups and downs along my journey, but I could not be more proud of myself and what I have accomplished. -

Use Supersets to make gains 💪
1. Supersets increase Lactic Acid production, which helps boost Growth Hormone (GH) levels in the body. The body responds to the reduced pH (increased acidity) in the body from the production of Lactic Acid by secreting GH. GH is a powerful fat burning & muscle building hormone.
2. Supersets are time efficient. By doing sets back to back you reduce your workout time while still doing the same amount of total work. Which can enable you to experience amazing pumps, get you out of the gym faster & feeling swole.
3. Different superset combinations can help increase muscle fiber activation. Essentially this means you can use specific exercise combinations to increase the intensity of work on a specific muscle, causing it to develop faster.
There are many different superset combinations. You can choose to work on two separate muscles simultaneously or choose to hit the same muscle with different exercises & no rest in between to maximize fiber activation & reach muscle failure.
Keep in mind that the point is to raise intensity levels, also meaning that you need enough time to properly recover between sets.

I've been lifting lots of weights lately, but nothing makes me feel stronger than building my endurance. Regular exercise reduces the risk of chronic disease, so even if you can't get to the gym for any reason, you can work out anywhere, any time! High knees in place, jumping jacks, push ups, jumping jacks, squats, lunges, etc. Pick a combo, create a circuit and try it. Don't believe that you always need to be told and directed what to do. Go for it and be creative! Fitness saves lives. 🙌🏼

Gonna be getting my booty and legs session on this arvo! This is a throwback to when my bro got me to do this for the first time! Not easy! I love it now but I wasn’t such a fan to start with!
