HELP! I’m fat! -
Second installment in my HELP! Series...today we are going to talk about our bodies. I don’t think I know a single person who has said to me, “I love my body.” This is so sad! Our bodies are a gift and the only thing that we have for our entire lives, start to finish, yet we despise them!😞 Have you ever looked at a masterpiece and said...that brush stroke is off. Or at an antique that carries so much history with it, and said...that’s too old. Or an ancient piece of pottery that has untold experiences and said...that’s worthless, it has a crack.
On the contrary, these are EXACTLY the things that give these pieces value! We are God’s wokmanship....or masterpiece! Who are we to despise what He has done!
Having said that we need to be good stewards of this gift! Take good care of it! If someone gave you a brand new car, you wouldn’t take it off roading, and eat wings in the next day! You be careful to take good care of it so it lasts you a long time! We need to do the same with our bodies. Eat right. Exercise. Get enough sleep. Drink plenty of water. Take care of our gift...so it can keep on giving for years to come.

⠀Hola Witches... breakfast doesn't have to be boring! I'm teaching myself this more and more recently. Having been one of the culprits of the 'breakfast skippers club' in the past, realising I don't just have to settle for cereal or toast has been a big life saver.
Here I've laid out the ingredients of one of my recent breakfasts (I went a bit over board chopping onions, I didn't need that much). It was a combination of mashed avacado, cherry tomatoes and black eyed beans with a poached egg on top.
