Before everyone states the obvious and tells me it's only 68 calories 👉 how many times do you do this in a day: an avocado here, a sweet potato there, 2 tablespoons of PB twice. The smaller apple on the right is considered a "medium" sized apple on MFP. I personally would have called it a small 🤔
If you are just starting out chances are switching fast food for whole foods will cause you to lose weight. This is because most people don't truly know how many calories they are consuming
If you've hit a plateau or don't have very much weight to lose you'll have to focus in on what you're consuming. If you have found yourself doing all the right things and not losing weight it could be that your portion sizes are skewed. And yes choosing an apple over a candy bar is always a great choice and will definitely aid in weight loss
I don't weigh EVERY apple I consume because I've weighed them a few times and now have a much better idea of what a serving size is. Weigh something one time or find out a true serving size and you're good. BUT when it comes to higher calorie items I weigh those items more often. It's not about the apple in particular it's about portion sizes. Smaller apple = more calories left over for other food like 🍪🤔 98% of people won't even read this caption anyway tho 🤔 repost at

Karşınızda Fit Brownie;
1 küçük boy muz
8 minik kare bitter çikolata
1 yemek kaşığı kakao
1 yemek kaşığı bal
3 yemek kaşığı tam buğday unu (tepeleme değil)
2 tatlı kaşığı tereyağı
Muz ,bal ve yumurtayı çırpıyoruz. Tereyağını erittikten sonra bitter çikolataları ekleyerek birlikte erimesini sağlıyoruz(2 tane bitter çikolatayı üzerini süslemek için ayırıyoruz) Daha sonra bu karışımı çırptığımız malzemelere ilave ederek karıştırıyoruz. Son olarak kakao-un-kabartma tozu karışımını da ekleyerek karıştırmaya devam ediyoruz. Silikon kek kalıbı içerisinde fırına veriyoruz. 180 derece-20 dakikada browniemiz hazır oluyor. Üzerini benmari usulü erittiğimiz bitter çikolata ile süslüyoruz. 10 dilime ayırdığımızda 1 dilimi 61 kalori olan browniemizi de afiyetle tüketiyoruz 😇

. . . Because when it's freezing and it snows all day and probably all night, it's nice to have homemade chicken noodle soup and some chicken wings! So much better than canned soup. You can taste the difference. When I don't have people to actually cook for, I just make a big batch and give it away to others around me who are working hard and don't have the time. CINNAMON RAISIN OATMEAL BAKE comin in hot 👏🏻🙌🏻 tasted just like a big ol’ loaf of my favorite kind of bread ever. I threw this into the oven after a light workout, showered, did my hair and by the time i was ready BOOM breakfast was done and I hardly had to do anything - who doesn’t like a minimal effort delicious breakfast?? Recipe is below loves!👇🏻 wishing you all the best day ❤️
• CINNAMON RAISIN OATMEAL BAKE 🍞🥣:
- 1/2 cup old fashion oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 spotty banana mashed
- Optional scoop of vanilla protein powder (my fave is @alohamoment)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- sprinkle of organic raisins
- Pinch salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 400F and spray an oven-safe dish with nonstick spray. In a mixing bowl, add in all ingredients except for the baking powder and combine. Stir in baking powder last. Pour into the oven safe dish and add on some banana slices, walnuts, more raisins and cinnamon on top. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes, and eat
