Celery babies - these are a pretty big deal, first time I’ve had real success with germination & first time I’ve ever used vermiculite, I think it’s a winner 💚 • Tall Utah & peppermint stick are the varieties I’m growing.
One of my favorite dinner party salads, an old school Italian classic. Celery, green apple and parmesan shavings with lemon and olive oil. Simple, perfect, and unlike leaf-based salads, tastes yummy the next day...if you have any leftovers.

So we wanted to experiment with some fun new flavors for spring time. Something different, something to spice things up a bit, literally.
So we created a juice containing the following: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ - - Celery
- Mint ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- JALAPEÑOS 😱
- Lime Juice ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀. It does have more of a refreshing, spicy taste to it, which is different than the rest of our juices at the moment. 🔥🔥🔥 Fun, right? Meal prepping is taking over my life🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
In the cute lil mason jar I put black grapes (about two lil bunches) and about 5 strawberries. In the second one I put about 4 stalks of celery with raw almond butter in the container next to it. I put 2 apples in the square tupperware and finally I have a spinach salad w/ quinoa from work😊💪🏻
Meal prepping is such an easy way to make sure you are eating healthy and getting most to all of your nutrients. I’m not going to be home all day tomorrow so it was nice to plan out my meals and snacks with cute containers (why don’t they have a meal prep emoji??)
