NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS….we are officially half way through the first month of 2018 and so far I’ve slightly fallen off the resolution wagon 🤷🏻♀️.
I have 3 this year • One for my physical health: to eat healthier 🥗• One that was a practical task: Get my driver’s license in HK 🚙• One for my spiritual energy: to take the time to connect with the people I care about more💞.
So far I’ve been 50/50 on the healthy eating scale…. but what’s a girl to do when you have a ladies only spa day in Macau with “oh so delicious” Macanese/Portuguese cuisine?!?! Btw, A Petisqueira in Macau, you have my 💘
I plan to get my drivers license when I’m back in the states this coming March, in the meantime I have acquired the phone number of an instructor whom I just need to call and start some lessons here…. this train is on route 😉
I felt the need to have this last resolution because as a full time mom my day consists of playdates, classes for P, errands for the home and when I have the time I’m at the gym (to help with resolution no. 1). Case in point I’m always on the go…. and I’ve never liked texting to begin with but even more so now... my usual response to receiving a message is I’ll text later or I’ll reply later… this leads to replies sent late or messages not sent. So I wanted to make it a point to reach out more to the people I care about… even if it’s just a casual “how are you?”. This is one that I plan on sticking to and so far I’ve done 👌🏼.

Hot therapy : take out the water pack and soak it in hot water below 40°C for 5 min.
Cold therapy : take out the water pack and cool it down by ice cubes or put it in the refrigerator for 10 min. It can help you in the case of puffy eyes.
