Greek Chicken Salad!!!
Such a simple salad that is packed with a ton of flavor and absolutely delicious!!!😋😋
Grilled Chicken (marinade below) over a combination of Romaine Lettuce and Mixed Greens, Cucumber, Tomatoes and Red Onions topped with Kalamata Olives and Red Wine Vinegar!!! .
✨Greek Chicken Marinade☀️
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 tsp each cumin, dried basil, onion pwdr, sugar, salt
1/4 tsp each pepper, paprika **I used 1 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar and it was perfect***

Let's just say that today's cardio workout left me still trying to find my life. That was hard AF. And 6 rounds of everything... I mean what??? The good news is that I survived!
I may be a little stronger.
I supplied ample entertainment for my daughter. She thought my outburst were hilarious😂
AND the best part.... I get to do it all again next week.
So happy tomorrow is a rest day!
Side note: This is just my thoughts and my real raw journey through the 80 day test group. Do I love it? Absolutely. Is it hard? Of course because then this would not work.
It's not suppose to be easy or I would be in the same place 80 days from now.

I'm always one to try to finish what I start or else it just bothers me to the core. Getting sick last week, the last leg of phase 1 of #80dayobsession just about killed me.
I vowed I would make it up this week. I now see it is just physically impossible, my body can't handle it and I'm not about to put it back into another brace or sling!!
I just need to keep looking forward, not at what's behind me. I'm not going that way anymore...those days are done and gone. Just need to continue to concentrate on what is in front of me.. to continue to fight and push forward. So far it's been working for me!
I feel I've battled & conquered so much..
I've got so much more I want to accomplish... I'm keeping my eye on all my goals and I'm pushing forward ALWAYS!!!
I'm fighting, living, loving, smiling, laughing, dancing to the music, looking for new adventures, facing new fears, getting stronger and NEVER GIVING UP while chasing my goals every single day.
80DO Day 32: Cardio Flow
Had kind of a rough day today. Everything was off and I was feeling moody.
I was so glad to have this workout to come to and work off all the frustration. It’s amazing how only two extra counts for each move can totally kick your butt!
Glad that this week is over and hoping to conquer some of my struggles from the workouts next week.

I WAS just taking a picture of my new tank top for my team...no, seriously!
And then I happened to notice some gains...I've been worrying SO MUCH about my belly I forgot to enjoy alllllll the changes that come along with 33 days of clean eating and hitting those workouts!
Sometimes I just have give myself a little smack upside the head and remember...

End of week 1 Phase II (week 5)
The moves are the same; the pyramid move pattern is the same; the reps of each move is up by 2.
6 reps of each move. It didn’t start out a bad thing, but by halfway thru, muscles were starting to burn!
Many complain about doing the same moves when it’s supposed to be 80 different workouts. While the moves are the same, I am not the same as I was last week. I like having some repetition from week to week so I can see where I am improving and where I need improvements.
We drove up to a cabin for the night and I did not sleep well last night. I admit it took longer to push play than usual, but I got it done in that cabin.

I'm still super excited that I was able to get this 8-angle yoga pose and hold it! Obviously, I need a little work getting into the pose quicker, but considering I just learned it this morning, I'll take it!
I did try the other side to even things out...lets just say it took twice as long and my left arm was not as supportive as my right!

Yay! We finished cardio flow this morning 😀 I felt pretty strong today but had to give myself a pep talk to finish the last 2 full rounds.... I finished strong and got it done 💪
I am still struggling with inchworms 🐛 because every time try to push myself back up my shoulders cramp up... anyone have any ideas how to keep my shoulders from doing that???? Right now I just have to drop to my knees and roll up before I go back down into plank. If you have any ideas drop me a message 🙄
This afternoon we went and played 9 holes of golf with our 3 kiddos and my brother and his 2 kiddos... so I spent lots of time at the "zoo" today 🤣😂🤣😂 Hope everyone has a fun, relaxed and blessed weekend!
The birthday boy requested Pizza Hut for his party dinner, so I decided to make my own pizzas!! I used corn tortillas for the base, put 1 tsp butter, garlic, roasted garlic, French onion chicken (from last night!), mushrooms, tomatoes and topped with mozzarella. It was so good and I was not missing having some of their greasy pizza.
