I had 3 weeks to prepare this shooting. First time that I try a fasting diet and it worked very well. I applied a 14-16 hours fasting. Means the last time I was eating at night was around 10pm and my next meal was 14-16hours after. I went to gym every morning with empty stomach, just a black coffee on the way. I didn't feel weak at all! I had lot of energy and felt much better. I could observed a clear muscle gain and fat loss week after week. But your first meal of the day must be complete to bring you all nutritions and energy that you need. You can have four meals including dinner, and no carbs after 5pm. 3L of water per day, no soda, no process food, no sugar (the hardest part for me).
I used a workout plan found on internet that apparently @zacefron used to prepare his movie @baywatchmovie ! I'm gonna put the link in my story for you guys.
Yes it takes efforts and sacrifices, but It becomes more like a habits and it won't be as hard as you think !
