Algo positivo que saco de este año es que me paso el día en ropa deportiva (gimnasio por las mañanas🏋🏻♀️ y clases prácticas por las tardes🏃🏻♀️) y así yo soy feliz🙆🏻.

Abs are not EVERYTHING! If you don't have one, it's completely fine. It doesn't mean you're weaker / less prettier / less liked by anyone else. FOCUS on yourself. DO NOT try to be someone else or trying to have someone else's body. Everyone is different. We even look different standing up and sitting down. If you're feeling bad about your body , this is what you do : 🦄 ask yourself, are you happy with your current lifestyle?
IF YES, continue your lifestyle and focus on your own thing.
IF NO, what are you trying to achieve?
You wanna get a flat belly? Ask yourself why? Was it to impress others? Cz if it is for yourself, there's no need to have a flat belly. For what? There's no reason. The reasons that are valid could be, either you wanna be healthier and you wanna feel more toned and strong or if you wanna achieve your goal as a body builder or get stronger as a runner etc. That would take you to another level. Because that would require a change of lifestyle and you must have the WILL strong enough to get the WAY to help you achieve your goal.
And it's time to put your foot down and make decisions for yourself. Anything that is making you feeling negative, shut it off. You can always say NO! I unfollow many people 😂 and I also kind of ignore negative energy around me because I want to feel good about myself and I want to focus on myself and I don't want anything to take it away from me. You can do it too! 💕 Be happy
